Carson Creek Estate is set on 20 rural acres in the heart of Lake Samish. Mother Nature provides a stunning backdrop with a view of look out mountain. We offer meadows, creeks, trails and forest; which create a flexible outdoor space for camping.Please come and enjoy our beautiful and peaceful 20 acres. We have an open field with room for 5 sites. Power and water are available if needed. We put power and water out in a central location for all sites (not a hook up for each site). Power is four 20 amp plugs, one 50 amp service and water is through a hose. We are 5-10 minutes drive to Lake Samish, Galbraith Mountain, Squire Lake, Samish Overlook, Blanchard and many more hiking and mountain biking trails. So much to enjoy and only 15 minutes from town of Bellingham or Burlington. We have 5 camping spots available in the open field and you can see other campers from the spaces (check out our pictures). Not designated spots, open field. We can accommodate per site 1 tent or RV, up to 4 guests and 1 car. Please book additional sites if you need more space, guests, or have more than 1 car. ***please note that there is an event barn next door and some noise maybe heard upto 10 pm****

Perfect home base for Bellingham

We loved our time at Carson Creek! It was quiet, secluded, and a good price while still providing easy access to all the fun in Bellingham. We are traveling with a 28' Airstream trailer and it was easy to position in the grassy field and clearance pulling in/out of the Hipcamp wasn't a problem. The water/power hookups were a nice luxury. Cecelia was a delightful host as well: friendly, quick with communication, and accommodating. Overall, if you're looking for a home base while you visit Bellingham, I'd highly recommend Carson Creek!

Cecelia was so welcoming and accommodated our last minute booking even though she had an event at the property the next day. This spot was perfect for us after a long day of driving, quiet and we had the field to ourselves!

Quiet location, close to the highwa

Peaceful location. Cecelia responded quickly with helpful information about the site. Sadly we only stayed overnight, so didn't have time to explore the area.

Great place. Super Quiet! Was a little worried about getting in the field from the road. Ours was 29” and did not have an issue 👍
