Best for self-contained campers. There are no toilets, showers, or potable water at this Hipcamp.

My wife and I purchased this property in 2020 so that we could have a place to go while the campgrounds were just crazy overcrowded, all the secret spots were found and everyone and their mother purchased an RV. Now we have a place that is quiet, welcoming and on the water to relax and cool down. Neighbors are salt of the earth and we respect each other. Keep in mind that not all of them are able to afford Air BNB and Hipcamp outings. But they are all great people. Learn more about this land: We own 2/3 of an acre with about 50' of riverfront access. You will have access to the whole property with exception of the cabin and 5th wheel. Feel free to use the cabin porch, firepit (if fires are allowed) and BBQ. Direct access to the river from the property so you can put your chairs right in the water. Level raises and lowers just like any river. Property is in a housing development so there are neighbors. However it is still really private and quiet, especially by the river. Power is available. No toilet or potable water. Beautiful River Oasis

Chad’s property was beautiful! I was just what we needed to getaway and spend time on the river. Chad was very helpful with all of our questions before hand and made sure we had everything we needed. We will come back for sure!

We had the best time! Very cute, quiet, and wonderful hosts. We cooled off in the creek, the dogs had a blast, and it was very well kept. Can’t wait to come back.

Great Spot

We stay here often and can’t say enough about it. The river is beautiful, they have added gravel and the RV spot is perfectly flat, a bbq you can use, and great patio lights to light up the site in the evening. Great location and perfect WiFi if you need to get work done. Great spot. Will always return!

Wow!

What an amazing stay and what a beautiful slice of heaven. It’s no wonder why Chads property is always booked- it’s by far our most favorite hipcamp and just 50 min away from Seattle. Chad and Amy were great hosts, very welcoming and kind but our most favorite part of our stay was being greeted by their adorable golden retriever, Louie. If you’re looking to getaway from the busy campsites, look no further…. All I can say is WOW!
