We have 8 acres. It's close to great fishing and 2 minutes from boat launches. Great walking and biking community. Low traffic area.. Can walk to Manson. Close to lake swimming areas and parks. Grocery store near by a 4 minute drive. This property has a great view and lake view. Fantastic wineries and restaurants are 5 minutes away.Enjoy a scenic view from the property of surrounding mountains and Roses Lake. Downtown Manson is just 1.5 miles away with access to shopping, wineries, restaurants and stores. The Lake Chelan Valley is great for all types of recreation including but not limited to water sports, fishing, hiking and biking.

Lovely spot, great location. It was easy to get to lake access, wineries and cider tasting rooms from this location. Two notes. First, while the camp is in the back field from the host’s house (white house that sits below the camping area), it is much closer (maybe 100 ft) to the houses just on the other side of the access road. Wasn’t an issue at all, just wasn’t what we were expecting, so we’re passing that info along. We also found that they did not communicate through the app. With that being the only way to contact the host to share arrival time and check in location we end up knocking on a nieghbor’s door when we arrived trying to find our host because we didn’t know where to go. In chatting with them in person it sounded like the notification of our booking went to a different email address than usual. I sent several messages before we arrived and another message after our stay, and still have not seen any response. Could be a tech glitch? We didn’t meet Nancy, only her husband, who was very helpful and kind. He even found a new trailer pin for us from his trailer stock when ours went missing. Overall would recommend! We hope to return in the future.

Beautiful Views in Manson

Camping at Nancy’s was a treat. The property is perfect for a 22ft camping trailer and the views are absolutely spectacular. We look forward to visiting again. Nancy and her husband we great host, kind, friendly and make sure we were taken care of. They even went out of their way to make my daughters birthday extra special. Thanks again!

Mixed feelings

Lovely host!

The location was beautiful and quiet and a good distance from the primary home as well as the neighbors. We had two options for parking our campervan, both of which were relatively flat. Our host was absolutely lovely…showed us around, accommodated our needs, was happy to give out local recommendations. Since the host is new to HipCamp, it was noted in the listing that there was a toilet available. When we arrived, she did not have one ready for us as her previous stays did not require it However, she did offer use of her home bathroom as well as a portable seat with a privacy tent as an option. Not what we expected but it worked for our needs at the time. If you’ll be needing a toilet, just confirm this with the host prior to your booking. Lovely host who is committed to making sure her guests have a comfortable stay.

Nancy and John were so kind and welcoming! We absolutely loved staying on their beautiful property! They had an incredible view in all directions!
