Fantastic spot; perfect spaces!
I really hate to rave about this place as I want to be able to book it whenever I want, lol! But truly, you won’t regret it. The cabin and yurt are perfect, well appointed and very thoughtful touches made it so we didn’t want for anything else! The kitchen is perfect for a longer stay, as you’ll have anything you need to cook onsite. The area is fun to explore and we took our own kayaks to Lake Kokanee, where there was only a few other people on a Friday. I wish the weather had been cooler so we would have felt like using the hot tub. The outside space is perfect and the secluded nature despite being close to the road is fantastic. I can’t say enough good things about Bigfoot’s Hideaway! Tara was easy to work with and communication was perfect. We appreciated the phamplets with ideas of things to do in the area. We’ll definitely be back!

Yurt Gonna Love It…
What an amazingly unique experience just minutes from Hoodsport. Our group of 5 plus our small dog had a wonderful and relaxing time at Bigfoot’s Hideaway. The cabin and yurt had everything we needed for a quick getaway and we enjoyed the outdoor deck, yard games, and hot tub on site. The location felt serene and secluded but had quick access to the parks, trails, and water in the area. Would 100% recommend. Tara was extremely helpful leading up to our visit and made us feel at home.

Best Stay Ever - Period!
Oh my goodness, this place was the best stay I’ve ever had the pleasure of booking within my 5 years of traveling/camping! I couldn’t believe how perfect this place was for the price it was posted. Tara was super responsive and helpful, and hooked us up with everything we could even think of! She even hooked us up with ice cream, and printed out recommendations of hikes/waterfalls to see nearby — she is SO thoughtful! Brand new appliances, hot tub, heated blankets, TV, porch/deck with a grill, washer and drier, and everything you could think of in the kitchen! The location was perfect and was an amazing oasis in the privacy of the woods (but close enough to nearby towns and the park with lots to do)! I would stay at this place longer if I could. Totally regret not spending another day in the area! If you are on the fence about booking — book it ASAP. This place is so worth it and I’m sure this place will book up really fast for holidays/summer. So glad to have been the second guest hosted, and you’ll love it too!
