Adventure awaits you in this rustic getaway. Surfing, clamming, fishing, beach combing, and enjoying the oceans magnificences !! A step up from tent camping, this older RV is setup with heat, running water, small full kitchen, its own bedroom and living room with a real flushing toilet. This camp trailer is parked on 15 acres of private property, shared with other units. The land boarders the Pacific Ocean, just off state Route 105, South of Grayland, North of Tokeland, in the North Cove areaThis is not the Hilton - It’s a place to camp and you don’t even have to own your own trailer !! If you like to camp, this RV will work perfect to warm you up from the outdoors and keep you safe and dry, even when it’s raining outside. If kiddos want to tent, there’s plenty of area for them to do so, within eyesight of the trailer. The spectacular, powerful, beautiful ocean with its breaking waves, awaits your visit. The powerful ocean is right there within a short walk and can easily be seen and heard from your own deck !! The RV is already setup, leveled out and ready for you to use - You just need to bring your food and your toothbrush. The night sky here is so HUGE, with little light pollution from the local area, it’s a star gazers paradise to enjoy seeing the mass of the Milky Way stretching across the night sky !! When it’s time to pack up and head for home, we do ask that you take your garbage with you, as we have no garbage service for the site. We do however, have a box of large, yard sized, black plastic bags under the sink, if you need one or two of them, you’re welcome to use them. We want you to have a great time while visiting the ocean property, we love it here, rain or shine. With games to play and an ocean that’s bigger than life - Please make yourself at home while visiting the property and take time to relax and enjoy the surroundings !!

Greatest weekend getaway

With pets

My teenager and I loved our stay at Ed’s place. The camper was super clean and cozy with everything we needed! Just bring clothes and food and your good to go! His land is super close to private beach access and a very short walk to the public beach as well. The beach was great for beach combing and long walks with beautiful sunsets. We even saw bald eagles. The location is also close to lots of tourist sites. Highly recommend
