The bathrooms and showers are excellent. The space was clean and quiet. It was a short and pleasant walk to the beach.

We brought our small trailer to camp for the first time at Pacific Dunes Resort and will definitely be back. Really friendly hosts and friendly guests. The bathrooms were clean. Easy walk to the beach. And when I woke up and realized I forgot our coffee cups we popped into the store and got a nice cup of coffee before we took a stroll on the beach before heading home. Next time we might try the glamping/tents.

Very chill resort; LOVED how close it was to to the beach. 5 minute walk over a small bridge, through the dunes and you’re at the beach! The bathrooms were super clean, water was hot and the little coffee house/store was super cute! Only thing I’d say that we didn’t like is that the tent campsites are super close together. It didn’t matter since there wasn’t a lot of people when we went but I imagine July/August when it’s busy it might be a little annoying especially if you bring a dog(s)! Overall, we would definitely stay here again:)

Great beach access
We really enjoyed our stay at Pacific Dunes Resort. Surprisingly we were the only ones here midweek, so we had our pick of sites & our elderly pup could roam freely. The bridge to the beach is lovely, just one of many obviously recent updates. Jordyn and James, the hosts were very friendly & helpful.

Beachfront Couples Glamping
Cost does not match experience
We were very disappointed in this hip-camp experience, our first. Tent was cold with one bundle of wood that did warm up the tent, but didn't last very long and we were expected to buy more wood for our three day stay, at $3 for kindling and $7 for bundle. We have camped for over 35yrs starting with tent, small trailers and ending with a motorhome that we don't feel comfortable driving, at our age. The propane grill/griddle was rusted & greasy also the utensils were filthy. electricity was one electrical cord. can't comment of the available ice for ice chest as we brought a small refrigerator extra electrical cord with multiple outlets, probably not up to code. Bath house was under a minute walk for a younger camper, we are 75 & 79 yrs and a visit to the restroom at night in the cold was not feasible. This 3 day weekend cost us $799.00. We made the best of this adventure but be warned that it's not all it's cracked up to be.
James & Jordyn the new camp hosts, tried to help us, but their hands were tied.
