Located adjacent to Jones Bay (part of Steamboat State Park), this exclusive, private RV lot features stunning views of Steamboat Rock, Banks Lake and towering canyon walls. The private property is situated right next to the Jones Bay campground with easy walking access to the state park, trails, hiking and beaches. There are several boat launches within minutes and downtown Grand Coulee is a 5 minute drive. Level space that can accommodate up to a 40' RV plus additional parking available for towing vehicle and boat. Easy access with a circular drive and wide open space to park that can fit all pop outs. Electrical hookup (50/30/20) and water are provided as well as high speed internet and trash. Included with the rental is your private lounge with interior and exterior entertaining spaces. Inside the heated and air-conditioned 216 sq ft clubhouse is an oversized leather sofa with 55" smart TV and a view of Steamboat Rock and Banks Lake from a spacious window. Open up the giant shop door, pull up a chair and watch the sun rise over the towering canyon walls in the morning with a cup of coffee. Later in the day, when the sun is overhead, enjoy the shade outside while playing darts and dining in shade. In the evening, watch the spectacular sun set over the steamboat rock on a 160 sq ft patio. When it gets dark, star gaze and see the galaxy with zero light pollution. Northrup boat launch is less than 2 miles away with a fish cleaning station, RV dump, showers and a spacious launch for your watercraft. This is glamping at its best.This is the only site at the private Red Rock Shadow Ranch Glamp Experience. You will have the site to yourself with foot access to Jones Bay and hiking. There is parking available for a boat and an additional vehicle but you must remain in designated site. Boat launches are very nearby with facilities.

Great spot!

What a great spot! Jeff really went out of his way to make sure my family had a fun and relaxing vacation! This spot had ample room for not only our trailer, but additional room for another vehicle and boat! The building that is included with this rental is a great addition, with back room air conditioned which made for a great getaway in the evening to escape the trailer. We loved that Jone's Bay Campground touches this property which made for a great evening walk to the lake. Our friends had a boat moored at Sunbanks resort which is right down the road so it was only a few minutes to get on the water. Sunbanks can get crazy during the summer so this was a great opportunity to put the trailer in a quiet spot while still being able to access everything. Thanks Jeff!

Rooms with a spectacular view!

Jeff has made a paradise for this property! The building with an indoor and outdoor concept went a long way to extending the space and experience for our stay. Being so close to the state park lent to amazing views from the awesome deck. Steamboat and the lake are magical in the evening hours from that vantage point. You could get out of the sun or into it on both sides of the building depending on time of day. I loved the giant door access that lead into the building. It gave additional room for meals while not roasting in the sun. During the heat of the day I could also dip into the air conditioned inner room to cool off. This was great because I can't do a lot of heat for long periods of time. This was really like having three additional spaces which is not easy to find, especially in the area. I'll definitely be staying again. Thanks Jeff!

Bonus shop building was great!

A great space! The extra building is a great bonus. We didn’t even have to pack any extra camp chairs. There was plenty of shady seating in the open bay with the roll-up door open. We didn’t use the closed off climate-controlled room in the shop, but could definitely see that as the spot to be in the warm, summer months if you have small children that need to be cooled down. We were just minutes from Grand Coulee dam and anything else we might have needed. The dart board got its use too! Jeff was easy to deal with and only came by to introduce himself in arrival, but assured us he would be available had we needed anything during our stay. All in all, a great stay.
