Our farm is located in the center of the Yakima Valley in Southeastern Washington State. The physical address is 3510 Scoon Road Sunnyside, Washington. The Valley is known as the fruit bowl of the nation. The site is located on a farm that has been in production on the Roza slope 4 miles north of Sunnyside since 1945. Surrounded by fields of peppermint, Concord grapes, and a variety of crops within walking distance it is a fertile paradise. The Yakima Valley has thousands of acres of wine grapes, hops, apples, cherries, pears, peaches, and vegetables. Wineries are located up and down the Valley and people drive 100s of miles to do wine tours. Several microbreweries are also accessible and within 50 miles to the west you’ll be in premier hiking in the Cascades.Site is located just east of Scoon Rd 4 miles north of Sunnyside. Campers can park an RV or camp within a secure area with a fence on the west north and east. There is a farm Rd you can walk for a half mile from the site. The site is fairly flat and bicycling can be an activity to consider on nearby county roads or a bike path is located 5 miles south. If you have a mountain bike you could also ride the farm road. Local attractions include wineries in every town. Prosser 15 miles Southeast has probably 20 or more wineries to visit. Guests can access maps of wineries include the worlds premiere vinticultural area in Red Mountain in Benton City. Sunnyside has 2 breweries Varietal and Snipes Mountain Brewery.

Comfortable stay
24 ft Class C
Very comfortable stay. Blonde as well manicured picnic table was a nice touch. Rick was great at communicating and very quick to respond. Would definitely stay again when in the area. Location is close to a couple of wine, tasting rooms and a brewery. Grocery store about 7 mins away.

35 ft fifth wheel · With pets
Rick was welcoming and helpful. There was a bit of a snafu with the water and I did not see his message to me that we needed to come with a full tank. He directed us to a water source on the property and all was good. It is a bit of back /forth if you have a bigger rig as it is a bit of a tight turn due to location if a tree. also, could've been our skill level. 😁. Nice gravel pad, beautiful lawn area and shade all in all it was a beautiful spot.

Good hookup and easy to find.
16 ft travel trailer
Great stopover! We stayed here on our way to British Columbia. Very clean campground and easy to find! Too bad we didn't arrive early to take advantage of the neighboring orchards and wineries. The road was a tad louder than we expected though.

Private heaven overlooking vineyard
35 ft fifth wheel
Rick has quite the view overlooking vineyards. The space is very nice with grass and trees too. Being the only RV spot it was nice and private. Its in a gated area you can close if you want to make a run to town. It was the perfect place! Would definitely stay here again or recommend it.
