This was the perfect place for my family to pass through. Private, safe, and beautiful! I loved that there was a picnic table and fire pit.

Tent Terrace
We had a great time camping at this spot! The tent terrace was private and quiet, and the path down is short and easy to navigate. We were here for a quick overnight but would definitely stay again. The stay was made even better by the friendly cat on the property.

I loved William’s property! We got there late at night but the cat on the property was there to greet us! It’s quiet and clean and just a great getaway!

Great Weekend Getaway
Great campsite in a great location. We were able to comfortably fit two cars on the parking pad, and the two sites are far enough apart to afford some privacy. The campsite cat is super friend and cute, and is a great addition to the site. Would definitely recommend this as a fun weekend getaway that is easy to get to, and close to a bunch of great hikes.

Campout Corner Site 2
William is creating a sustainable wonderland on the property. The two rv spots have very long gravel pads to park on, with a large common area in between with grass, tables and chairs, and little delights along the way. The seapration has been created to ensure as much privacy as possible. Each site, including the two very private and beautiful grassy tent camping spots, have a fire ring (he provides wood stacked and ready), a couple of andrionak chairs, and a very old picnic table. Hopefully, those will be replaced soon. The booking process was easy, and we were the onlynones there for the 1st 2 days, and we were there for a total of 4.. There is a gorgeous arabian and an adorable miniture horse (dont touch the electric fence!) that i enjoyed watching and talking to fie hours. The cons were that Williamnever came down to check on us during our stay, nor was he there when we arrived, ao we wandered and utilized his very well placed signage. The cons were the pit toilet, that was full, foul smelling, and desparately needs emptying. There is a recycle bim and 2 large trash containers hidden well out of site that were awesome. There's a little trail for hikinh on the property, while its neighboring property has hundreds of acres of trails for longer hikes. My 2 most favorite things were the chorus of a diverse choir of birds throughout the day (what a way to wake up), and the barn cat. He likes being arpund people, is very curious, and never seemed to get his feathers ruffled.
