A magical night in the rainforest
We loved our stay at Glamping Site 5 and wish we could have stayed longer! (We stayed for just one night before heading to the Sol Duc trailhead across the street for a backpacking trip.) The location and amenities were perfect for our needs—it was so helpful to have water, restrooms and shower, electricity, and even a kitchen right next fire to our site. The campsites are just as magical as they look in the photos, and we lived all the carved mushrooms, wooden benches, fairy lights, and other unique touches at this Hipcamp. Also, the directions provided by the hosts were really helpful, and they were looking out to make sure guests were able to find their sites, and they made sure we made it to the right place. We definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Loved it
This was one of the most amazing campground I have ever been at. Beautiful and with a great host, Seath. He was so helpful and kind when we finally arrived after driving for an hour in the wrong direction. We had conversations every time we saw each other, even share gulyas recipe! We LOVED him!
There was very good firewood to buy. We cooked our meals in our site on coal and wood. Our site was secluded but close to all the fantastic amenities they offer. Full, open kitchen with amazing utensils and cookware, fantastic drinking water from their own well, clean bathrooms and toilets, little gazebos to sit and enjoy your surroundings. Wood sculptures and little Japanese bridges across the creek.
The whole area is magical. Simply beautiful nature with giant trees, moss and ferns, next to some major trails deeper into the forest.
All the campers were happy, friendly and helpful. Quiet evenings too!
Me and my old friend had the best time there on our trip from Los Angeles and back.
Be aware that there is no Internet or cell phone service but that felt good too. So make your important call before you enter.
We are really happy that we had a chance to stay there for 3 days. Thank you so much!

This place is pure magic and so whimsical. Loved the wood carvings hidden in the woods and all the amenities. My site was very secluded and quiet in the trees.

4b sol duc rainforest camp site
Great overall… but…
Camp ground was nicely appointed and the kitchen and bath houses were kept super clean and well organized. Logan was def on top of his game! The environment overall worked pretty nicely.
Two major sticking points for me were there is a pretty decent amount of highway noise that comes through the forrest, and, the biggest issue, was that camp site 4b is like a grand central through fare! Every car, person and buggy that goes to or from the bath house and kitchen rolls within 2 feet of your tent and most of the site! No bueno!
Over all, to be fair, the campgrounds are really nice, well placed and provide an almost glamping experience. 4b tho… I don’t recommend..,

Highly recommend for camping
Great place for camping or glamping!! My friends and I enjoyed our 2 day stay here - the facilities, toilets, kitchen were great. We had fun playing Table Tennis and they even have an outdoor pizza oven :) Highly recommend for a weekend getaway or for a retreat into the forest

This retreat is a treat!
Not quite glamping, but not completely roughing it either. This camp site has a great kitchen set up, bathroom area, and is a great location for exploring the northern side of the Olympic National Forest. I loved the convenience and not having to worry about the not so fun parts of camping.
