Welcome to our romantic treehouse nestled in the woods, offering breathtaking views of Blanchard Creek valley and Mt. Spokane.
Fully furnished, the kitchen awaits your culinary creations. Feel free to bring all your food supplies with you. If you need to restock, the nearest grocery store is Spirit Lake Miller's Foods, just 21 minutes away.
Take a leisurely stroll along Blanchard Creek Rd, a county road boasting a year-round spring-fed creek, stretching about 3.5 miles. Please note, there is private property along the road as well. Access to the creek can be arranged through the host upon request.
Stone Ridge Golf Course is a mere 12 minutes away, offering golfing and dining options. Blanchard also hosts a couple of eateries.
For outdoor enthusiasts, there are three ski resorts within an hour's drive and at least seven lakes to explore within the same radius. Farragut State Park, Coeur d'Alene, and Silverwood Theme Park are also within an hour's reach.
On the Washington side, don't miss Green Bluff, the Spokane River, and the vibrant city of Spokane. The list of activities in the area is endless!This treehouse has 450 sq. feet of living space accessed with a keypad. This octagon treehouse is 20 ft wide by 20' tall with breathtaking views of Mount Spokane and the Blanchard Creek valley. Enjoy an amazing 6 ft. custom wooden shower, flushing toilet, queen size cozy bed in loft. Not to mention a full kitchen with utensils, apt. size stove with an oven, 7.3 c.f. fridge with freezer, toaster, coffee beans, 3 ways to make coffee, condiments, microwave. Surrounding the tree is a custom ambrosia maple bar that seats four. There's a 50" t.v. for those who want to watch movies on the blue ray or local channels. Real sweet little porch 5'x8' to drink that morning coffee, night cap, scenery soak, or read a book. The 8'x17' entry porch has 2 log chairs and a propane grill. Down under the porch is the supply room with water heater and an all in one washer/dryer unit with a viewing porch. If you'd like to hike there's a new trail to the top of the property, when you get to the top follow the ridge trail to the Stimson lumber property with all the logging roads for miles! Please be respectful to the landowners all around us. If you could download a hiking/hunting map app before hiking this would help navigate away from trespassing on private land.
