Open June to August 16th for Hip Camping. A private club only fishing destination August 17 thru September this campground is open to Hip Camp in 2023 for the 2nd year. I'm accepting only 10 campers per night. What a wonderful experience my campers have discovering my quiet, lovely landscape! I've enjoyed sharing this incredible property with some extraordinary travelers. If you like a camping area with green grass and ample space....book here Tenters and RV's with full or partial hookups are available. Exclusive river sites for tenting and traditional full hook- ups with water and sewer. The tidal water of the N. Nemah River allow for kyacking to Willapa Bay or just in River at high tide. Searun cutthroat fishing in summer and King Salmon starting August 1st. Located 25 minutes from Long Beach or Astoria there are fun places for day trips. The tiny town of Nemah has zero commerce only a few scattered farms and homes. Eagles and Elk grace the sky and the property for added visual fun. Georgous restrooms paneled in cedar with showers are available. I accept RV's of all sizes Laundry is free. Central campfire on the river available. individual campfires allowed when fire bans are lifted in select sites for safety and fire prevention.150 North Nemah RD East Star link internet upload 2.1 to 2.8 Summer- Open June 1st for Hip Camp to August 20th. Full hookups and tenting areas Closed August 20 to September 24th for A Private Fishing Club -Open for Elk and Deer rifle hunting season in 2024 from September 25 to Novemer Elk Rifle season November - Full hookups only in Novemer limit of 10 campers No tenting from October to November Easy access to local forestry areas surrounding the Nemah. This beautiful property in the summer offers walking, fishing, swimming , and gravel bar river fun for small kids at low tide. Biking on local back roads . Nemah River fish hatchery. Local Oyster farms for fresh oysters in Bay Center and South Bend Kyacking out into Willapa Bay, your own kyacks are needed. Central fireplace along the river for added ambiance . Wood charges may apply -Wood avail at $10 at night at limited tenting sites for private campfires Off leash pet area is available on much of the property. Chinook Salmon season opens August 1st in the river. Washington fisheries rules apply. Open to the public June thru August 20 . Checkout on August 20th Kids 17 and under are free

Privacy and convenience
Booked for last minute trip and really glad we have found this spot! It is a place to immerse to nature. Marlisa is a very kind host, toured us around the property where we got to choose our spot. They have a communal kitchen, toilet and shower conveniently located at the side of the road. We chose to camp across the road where we had the forest to ourselves. River is flowing to the property and we tried fishing but to no avail, thanks again to the owner! We also purchased some firewoods and they are by far the best smelling ones. They are good for hot coals too. Camping for us is never complete without fire. We were cradled to sleep by the sounds of river, frogs everywhere, rain and birds chirping in the morning. Although we are close to the road it did not really affect our stay in any way since there is not much traffic. We love the convenience of having a toilet and bathroom to shower since we are not ready to dry camp. Kudos to Marlisa for ensuring and working hard to maintain this wonderful place.

This campground was perfect for us in such a beautiful and peaceful spot. The hosts Marlisa and Barb were very welcoming and helpful. The amenities were great we loved having the cook house and indoor bathrooms!

Love it here!
This was our second visit here to camp and we absolutely love it. It’s so peaceful with the old growth trees and beautiful grounds (and Marlissa is so friendly and helpful). We truly plan on camping here every year. This is such a wonderful hidden gem!
