Relax and enjoy the sounds of the river in our one-room cabin on the Chetek River. We have almost 20-acres with a grass road down to the cabin and walking trails along the river.
Ride your ATV/UTV from the site to town (less than 5 miles away) or trailer to an abundance of trails in the area. Chetek is home to the Six Lakes Chain and there's a list of town activities going on all year long! Or just sit back and relax at the cabin!
Kayaks or a canoe are available to rent.
Includes a queen size bed with all bedding, table and chairs, nightstand, games, 5gls of potable water, porta potty on location, ample parking, on-leash pet friendly, firepit with free firewood, & 2 chairs to relax by the fire or on the deck. There is no electricity but there are battery powered lights.
Easy entry with coded door pad.You will drive straight back down the grass road, following the signs to the river. There is ample area to turn around and park a trailer also if bringing a boat or off-road vehicle. Riverside cabin is on a peaceful corner of our 20 acres where you'll have the opportunity to have views of the river and abundant wildlife. The firewood, drinking water, and hose for washing off is all set up at the 16X10 cabin before your arrival. There is a coded lock on the door which we will change each customer and give you the code ahead of time so you can just make yourself at home when you get here! If you want to rent a kayak or canoe, please let us know ahead of time so we can have that ready and, if needed, we can set up a time for you to be picked up at the end of your trip. The trails for walking along the river or ATV/UTV are right from your cabin!
