10 Acres on the banks of the Saco River! 160ft of water frontage and shoreline. This place is to get away and unplug. My cell phone dead zone of freedom. Dirt roads abound with off-grid tiny shelters amongst the pines and poplars (available as rentals). Zero utilities. Carry in, Carry out. Leave no trace. :-) Canoes/Kayaks/floats available for rent, with or without shuttle service, or guided tour options. FREE fire wood, hammocks, yardgames available. There are neighboring 10 acre lots on either side, and a campground with utilities across the river if that is more your style. Their name is 'On the Saco Family Campground'. Tori and Jason are great!

At the bahn
Little family camping trip.
I spent a weekend with my partner, her son and a couple friends. The property is very cozy and there is plenty of room for activities. We pitched out tents next to the bahn and brought a small propane grill to cook some food. There is river access down the road a little bit and the water was wonderful. The current is kind of strong but it was fine for our 11 year old. It was his first real camping trip. The isolation was wonderful not having to worry about bothering anyone else or vice versa. The stars were beautiful and the weather was clear all weekend. The silence of the night listening to the frogs chirping was extremely soothing. Also a great location being only 25 minutes from North Conway. I would definitely recommend for a family or group of friends that want some quiet time sitting by a fire enjoying each other's company. Would definitely recommend.
