Welcome to The Muvaland - A black-owned beachfront campsite Muvaland is a small piece of peace on a living beach.  Come vibe out under the stars, around the bonfire while the waves crash in the background. Play some Kaytranada and chill. We camped right after hurricane Debby. Circumstances out of anyone’s control did have an effect on our experience, but our host was a sweetheart and accommodating. We were comfortable on the site and managed to enjoy ourselves and will stay again someday.

The Muvaland - with private beach
The Muvaland campsite was gorgeous and peaceful. Even with the beach and stairs impacted by recent storms (which Amina was very communicative about!), the area was beautiful and the campsite was well maintained. Only flag for those with dogs is that one of the evenings we could hear what sounded like gunfire target practice for several hours. Otherwise the only sounds were the waves crashing which was wonderful. Highly recommend for a great camping experience.

The Muvaland - with private beach
This was a wonderful place to camp! The views were amazing, the property was well maintained, and the sound of the water at night was so peaceful. We were luck enough to see quite a bit of wildlife during our stay as well. There is also plenty of room to spread out and relax. I would highly recommend a visit!

First hipcamp
This was my first ever hipcamp and we were blown away by how beautiful this site was! The site itself was well taken care of, was clean, the location is perfect. It was so peaceful and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We will 1000% be back!! 🩵
