Surrounded by Rocky Gap State Park, you have the best of all worlds -- camping with creature comforts on private property with 4 acres of woodlands, meadows and orchards, with walkable access to over 20 miles of hiking and mountain biking trails and swimming, hike to kayak/canoe/paddleboard rental on Lake Habeeb and great nature programs by park staff, plus golf course and casino at the Rocky Gap Resort. Historic downtown Cumberland, MD is just a 12-min drive away, with supermarkets, shops, restaurants, train rides and beautiful mountain views. Check out the C&O Canal Towpath and Great Allegheny Passage for hiking and biking. FYI: - Hot-water showers, flush toilets and an equipped kitchenette with small fridge, coffeemaker and microware are available for your use. - A picnic table, fire pit, and two Adirondack chairs are available at each campsite for your use. - Wifi available. - Farm fresh eggs are available for purchase from your hosts. - Plentiful firewood, available on a pay-what-you-will basis. Pine Meadow Campsite
My partner and I had a great experience tent camping at Pine Meadow! Kristen was very helpful throughout our stay and gave us a tour of the site upon arrival. The Watershed was very clean, convenient, and offered a variety of supplies if needed. We hope to stay again!

Evergreen Grove Campsite
Loved it!
The site was very nice and tidy. The host was super nice and very very accommodating. The site also had Wi-Fi which was nice. The proper bathroom and shower was heaven after a hot night of camping. Would definitely come back and camp

Pine Meadow Campsite
Kristen's place was so organized. It was a great location, so many activities, and she was truly amazing. We can not wait to go back!

Evergreen Grove Campsite
Kristen's property was amazing. The location was great. It was very clean and well organized. She even took time to teach my son about the local animals. She even told us where the shade would be for our tent. To many great things to say. My son is already planning his trip back to Kristen's place.

Pine Meadow Campsite
Awesome spot, loved the bathrooms and kitchette. Easy walk to the lake and trails. Kristen was so welcoming and helpful.
