Our cabins are located in the back of Nickerson State Park on private property. There are bike paths/fishing swimming available in the state park. Our cabins are used for our non-profit summer camp for children with serious/life threatening illnesses during the summer. There is a microwave/mini fridge and a full sized bed with two sets of twin bunk beds.

End of season visit to the Cape

This cabin was great value for a family and had a pretty location in the woods! We went on a sunny weekend (parents and a teen). Breakfast on the camp stove at the picnic table under the trees was delightful. The beds were comfy enough for a cabin stay and there was a pond right there (although we made plans on the Outer Cape so didn’t have a chance to use it). Our experience would have been different if it had been rainy and our whole family of 5 had been there. There was 1 chair, and no large sink for washing up dishes (bathroom sink only). Cabin #3 did not have an optimal parking space next to the cabin, although some other cabins did. It worked fine for us, since it was end of season and the camp was not fully rented. If camp is full, there is a main parking lot with a trail down to the cabins. Camp Dream Day seems like a wonderful organization. For our needs the little cabin was just fine!
