A gorgeous shared homestead with native Michigan woods, pastures grazed by North American Heritage Yak, an ancient orchard, a natural swimming pond, and free ranging chickens. Lounge by the pond, wander the woods, and relax, or meet a chicken, pet a yak, and get the small farm experience by following us through morning chores.

The space was lovely, quiet (besides the roosters lol but we didn't mind), and clean. It felt very tucked away even though it was so close to Ann Arbor. 10/10!

Nice relaxing spot. Enjoyed the surrounding trees and making use of the fire pit.

A Magical Destination
Awesome land! Sweeeeeet tent set up with a king size bed and a wood burning stove and did. I. Mention it was a farm? They had over 60 free range chickens and 5 yaks that we thoroughly enjoyed. I would highly recommend this if you're looking for a place to get away in Michigan. Close to Ann Arbor but far enough out to be country. We felt so relaxed. This place is the place for kicking back. Tent set up was top notch. The yaks added a special feel to this magical land.

Great little spot
It was cute and quaint here. The tent spot was nice and flat which made setting up easy.

Tents (glamping) and yaks
Such a fun campsite! We had a super comfortable tent with a bed. The host was welcoming and everyone was respectful. The yaks were so fun to watch. I will return.

Great hospitality. They didn't mind my early arrival. There were some bugs out there but the quality of the firewood provided is amazing and made a good smelling campfire, driving the insects away. The site is very secluded from the main property and is shaded round the clock.
