Come stay at our peaceful farm in the forest! We are passionate about the natural world and cultivating our own food. Our farm is focused on a diversity of crops and animals while maintaining the beautiful wild setting we live in. We want to share the knowledge we are gaining as well as welcome interested people to experience the beauty of Northern Minnesota's woods, wilderness, and waters. Come to explore, relax, have fun, and recharge in a quiet natural setting. Learn more about this land: Rural old growth forest campsite connected to 7,287 acre state forest with hiking, mountain biking and cross-country skiing trails. Small diverse farm to visit- chickens, sheep and bees. Orchards and gardens with countless flowers, fruit trees and bushes, and vegetables. Greenhouse to tour. Beach 5 miles away- large beautiful lake for swimming. 6 person sauna, outhouse, fire pit, and walking trails on property.

Site 1 - Wildlife Orchard

Fun at the Farm

We had such an amazing time at Rachel and Jason’s farm!! My grandkids had fun petting the sheep feeding the chickens and picking fresh produce from her greenhouse. Thanks for teaching the kids so much about living on a farm! We will definately be back! Thank you, Shari and Carl Peterson

Site 2 - Wildlife Orchard

Rachel and Jayson were really friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Their farm is very charming and we really enjoyed getting a tour, seeing the animals and learning about how they manage the land. We had a comfortable two-night stay. The privacy along with the spacious outhouse and large fire pit were an upgrade from our typical tent camping in state forests. I would love to go back and make some time to try the sauna.

Site 2 - Wildlife Orchard

Such a cool place to camp out for a few days. A unique property with everything you need for a good camping experience and more. Sheep, chickens, apple orchard, greenhouse with some of the biggest sunflower plants around. Close to Grand Rapids with lots of opportunities to explore.

Site 2 - Wildlife Orchard

Name says it all…Wildlife Orchard 👍

Rachel and Jayson have a beautiful property! It’s a “secret garden” hidden in an old growth forest, all close to the city of Grand Rapids. We appreciated the nice camping site with the nearby (clean) outhouse and picnic table for our use! Loved the farm tour that Rachel so generously gave her time to show us everything!

Beautiful place in the tall Pines

Although our schedules did not align, so we could not meet up in person, Rachel did everything she could to make us feel comfortable and welcome. It is a beautiful place…very peaceful and quiet, (except for the rooster, but even he seemed gracious). Would highly recommend to anybody wishing to stay near Grand Rapids, MN.
