Come enjoy peace and quiet in the beautiful meadows near our home. We are located on 40 acres that include forested trails, a large pond, two small ponds, a creek, and frequent wildlife as well as spectacular stargazing at night. All sites have a campfire ring and picnic table. We provide a unique eco-camping experience in contrast to the crowded campground/RV park, and we are only 6 miles away from the entrance to Glacier National Park! Please let us know if you have multiple tents or vehicles as some sites may be a better choice for you than others. No hookups are provided – dry camping only. Parking for larger vehicles/trailers is available at sites 1-6 - an open, flat meadow with the pond on the other side of the road. Tents are welcome in all sites; although, we recommend the back meadow sites (7 and up) for more secluded tent campers (especially in July) as it has less traffic and more privacy. Sites 7-20 (the back meadow sites) have parking for vehicles 26' or less in total length. All sites have access to vault toilets, and all sites are back-in sites with partial shade. Because of the proximity to Glacier National Park and the main HWY, traffic noise and train noise can be heard at the campsites. Visitors are ask to keep their speed to a minimum to reduce dust on the dirt on Greens Road. We are just a short bike ride away (two minutes by car) from attractions such as the Whiskey Barn, The Paul Bunyan Bar & grill, Glacier Hi-Line Ropes Course, and the Amazing Fun Center, maze, and mini golf. It is also easy access to the Gateway to Glacier Bike path. E-bike rentals are across the street from us. Closest Gas station is the Cenex in Coram (1.5 mi away). Closest public (free) landfill dump is 2.2 miles toward Columbia Falls at 9626 Us HWY 2 E. Near Paul Bunyan Bar and Grill (which is also a good restaurant near us). Look for the gated entry and small sign marking Flathead Landfill. Closest grocery is in Hungry Horse at Canyon Foods Grocery (3.5 miles away). There is a laundromat next to this grocery store. Closest dump and water fill up for a vehicle with a holding tank is Mikes Conoco at 1645 9th st W in Columbia Falls (8.9 mi away). Closest town with wifi, cafes, restaurants, urgent care and larger grocery stores is Columbia Falls (9 miles away). We sell solar shower bags, sun screen, card games, cream soda, frisbees, bug spray, coffee, firewood, and more at Sam and Molly's mercantile by our house in the middle of our property. Brad and Sarah Harris, your hosts, frequent the property, as they prepare the land to build custom log cabins for rent. You’re also likely to meet Drake, the beloved camp dog, greeting you when you arrive. Learn more about this land: Camp on this secluded, park-like slice of heaven just 7 miles outside Glacier National Park. This private recreation land is nestled away from the main road, and surrounded by mature trees and peekaboo mountain views. Level, easily-accessible sites are spaced among the aspens and lodgepole pines. It's rare to find a place this secluded so close to the park. The location is perfect as your home base while exploring Glacier National Park and the surrounding area. The 3-acre partially-wooded property is great for relaxing after your day, walking dogs, playing yard games, and enjoying the views. This location was once a large herb farm, so you may discover oregano and other familiar herbs now growing wild throughout the area. Despite being secluded, these campsites are just 11 miles from Columbia Falls, where you can stock up on groceries or check out local restaurants and bars. The property is also nearby Glacier Distilling Company along with zip lines and other family attractions. Sites are level grass pads, with electric hookups (50, 30, and 20 amp) and water. There is no septic service, but there are several nearby public dump stations. There is decent cell signal for most carriers, and wifi in the property. There is a gravel road to the sites from the main road. Please note this property is not suitable for large groups or loud parties; we ask that visitors please respect the neighbors and other guests who come to enjoy the peace and serenity of the Montana wilderness. The Mooseshroom is an awesome camping community that is just 7 miles from the west side of Glacier National Park. Community fire pits near the Commons are a short walk from whichever tent spot guests are assigned. The Commons also houses the bathrooms and inside/outside kitchen areas. There is plenty of seating, hammocks and picnic tables for guests to use as well. We also have two yurts available for booking on our property. The Mooseshroom is a licensed business that is limited to hosting 18 guests per night. Guests should expect a quiet, peaceful camping experience with plenty of room to enjoy their surroundings. ***This property is adjacent Highway 2 and there is a fair amount of road noise. There's also a train that's fairly close. The noise kinda comes with the territory, guests are also 10 minutes from the west entrance to the park. The noise does tend to subside considerably at night, but for those bothered by this type of noise, you might consider an alternate location. Most guests are truly fine with it.

We live on 10 acres of mixed forest and field. In the summer we have an active blacksmithing school and flower farm here. The idea of a sustainable, self reliant lifestyle has always been part of our life and passing it down to others is a joy for us. We sustainably manage our food and forest to be the best stewards we can for our environment and our neighbors. Our Cabin and structures were built primarily of materials that were recycled or milled on site. which makes them warm and inviting. The Cabin is located close to our shop which houses an active blacksmithing school in the summer months where the rest of the structures are separate and in an area tucked away on the edge of the woods.Jeffrey and Betsy work to make your stay as welcoming as possible. We maintain a small orchard of fruit trees, a garden which feeds us year round and a small flower farm on the property. Avid skiers, bikers, paddlers and hikers, offering the property for others to enjoy was a conscious decision made when planning all of our infrastructure. Come and enjoy all the beautiful Flathead Valley has to offer.

These campsites are located off of the highway between Whitefish and Kalispell. It is a beautiful little ranch with horses, chickens and ducks! The tent sites are close enough to the highway where you can hear some traffic, but it usually quiets down in the evening. We are 5 minutes from Whitefish/Big Mountain, 15 minutes from Glacier National Airport, about 45 to Glacier National Park, and about 30 minutes to Flathead Lake. Plenty of things to see and do nearby!

A fantastic campsite in quite possibly the best area in GNP. While long lines plague the St. Mary and West Glacier Entrances on Going to The Sun, the Two Medicine area serves as a refuge for those looking to ditch the crowds while still getting those beautiful Glacier mountains. Great backpacking trails are easily accessible for this site as well, and if you're looking for a long day hike look no further than Dawson Pitamakin Pass, regarded as one of the best hikes in the Park (permit required)!

Two Medicine Campground was such a pleasant surprise for our trip to Glacier National Park. We were relying on a site what was first come, first served, and we had heard that Many Glacier and Rising Sun are the best because of their proximity to some of the most famous attractions in the park. By the time we arrived to both campgrounds, they were completely full. We made it to Two Medicine around 12PM and found the PERFECT site just one minute from the lake. The views of the mountains from the site were incredible. We ended up spending our whole trip exploring the Two Medicine area - including hikes around the lake, renting a motor boat (kayaks and canoes also available) and taking a boat tour. Highly recommend Two Medicine campground.

Oh Two Medicine, where do I begin? This campground is heavenly. Each spot is very well sized, with lots of privacy offered by the trees. Try to get one of spots 33-36. They're just bordering the edge of the lake and all you have to do is walk across the road, and then you can sit lakeside. We stayed in spot 34 and it was one of my all-time favorites. The campground is a bit off the beaten path, so it's not nearly as busy as some of the other areas of the park. Bighorn sheep love to come through the sites so be careful with your trash and food. In late September, there was no running water, just vault toilets. Be sure to hike around Pray and Two Medicine Lake, it's about 8 miles and gives you the real lay of the land.

We camped here for three nights and drove East to West through the park rather than the other way around. Definitely recommend! Far less traffic.

if you take the boat tour that meets at the two medicine camp store, bring waterproof shoes and shorts to get over the very small water hazard from the dock to the trail that is guided (early june).

Two Medicine Campground is a lovely GEM. Usually fills up about noon-1:00 pm so go early. The campground always fills up so ignore the signs at entrance that says campground is full. DOGS ARE ALLOWED! There is so much to enjoy...there is a trail which goes all the way around the lake. Or you can take a boat ride on the beautiful Sinopah and do half of the hike. Great fishing too! WORTH the stop.
