Our little farm consists of 5 acres in what is arguably one of the most beautiful and idyllic locations in Bozeman. We are four miles from the interstate (I-90) and 6 miles from the center of Main Street in Downtown Bozeman, so our property is super-convenient to anything you’d like to do in the area. Our farm is located at the end of a private drive in the foothills of the Bridger Mountains with no through traffic. We have peaceful neighbors and spectacular views of the Gallatin Valley, and Bridger Mountains along with epic views of the sunset and sunrise. You can ride bikes and go running on the rural roads where we live, and we are only 2.1 miles away from the Middle Cottonwood Trailhead which will give you access to the Gallatin National Forest via the Middle Cottonwood Trail and Bridger Foothills Trail. (You can run, hike, or ride a mountain bike from our hosting location directly to the trailhead.) We have a couple of horses pastured on the farm, a working art studio, and friendly dogs and cats. There is a patio available for your use with some basic furnishings which features spectacular sunset views. We have power for vans/small RVs, potable water, and a place to dump a cassette toilet. Parking location is perfectly level and completed, but our landscaping is not finished yet around this area. Come spend a night, or two, or three or more at our beloved little farm. We’d be happy to host you!The site has a beautiful view of the Bridger Range with spectacular sun and moon rises. Main house is completely separate from campsite and there is plenty of privacy. A concrete patio with spectacular sunset views is available behind the site with a grill, chairs, and a solo stove.

Best experience
You won’t meet two more welcoming hosts than Jimmy and his wife. We got in late but they were at the ready to greet us and help us park our trailer and pitched in to set it up so we could get to bed that much sooner. Beautiful, quiet property and private. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend this spot to all.

Amazing land with views!
Great location with amazing host and beautiful views! Jimmy was very inviting and friendly, and even helped us park our trailer. His land is incredible and you will have great views of the sunset. He also provides access to a patio with fire pit for fun evening hangs. Would definitely recommend!

Jimmy and Liz were so welcoming when we arrived. They were easily available for questions or concerns. Their hipcamp spot is beautiful with spectacular views. We loved the horses, dogs and peacefulness. We will definitely return at some point. Thank you both so much!
