Welcome to Coyote Flats RV Park! Nestled in Carlsbad, we are the newest, well-kept park in the area that welcomes extended stays. We offer 260 full hook-up sites with private cement patios, strong WiFi, a state-of-the-art laundry facility, a shower facility, gravel roads, a playground, a dog park, a sand volleyball pit, a covered picnic area, outdoor grills, and fireplaces, and more. Our campground is quiet and settled within a residential area. We also offer storage for your vehicles and RV's. You'll find many attractions nearby such as Carlsbad Caverns National Park, Living Desert State Park and Zoo, and the Carlsbad Waterpark! All facilities are electronic and can be paid for through credit/debit card. Cash payments will not be accepted once you have arrived at the park. Please note that additional fees may apply for pets, vehicles, etc. We have a $100 deposit is required at check-in. Refundable at check out if the site is left clean and no damage has been done.

100 RV Site

Ok if looking for a place to park

Overall clean, well secured (cameras, etc). If you are looking for a place to park, with laundry and showers it is fine. Laundry and showers close early and open late in my opinion (8am open). The laundry wouldn't take my (5) credit cards and they finally helped me but were somewhat resistant and argumentative that it was my cards (again 5 different cards??). Had to pay for showers ($7 for 15 min - fine but wasn't advertised that way.

100 RV Site

Vehicles kept driving in and out all night. Bright lights kept on all night. No one in office to check us in and we were unable to get anyone to respond to our phone call. Toilets were locked at night so this place is not appropriate for units that are not self contained.

Giant rv parking lot

This is a huge (350+ site) "rv park", more like a giant rv parking lot. Maybe 2 feet from your neighbors, if that. Site we reserved was NOT the one they put us in, tried to book a back in site on the perimeter but the put us smack dab in the middle of the field. I do not understand why this is even on Hipcamp. the office had no idea what Hipcamp even was. Showers cost $5 for 15 minutes 3 of which waiting for water to get hot. Find somewhere else unless you are really desperate.
