Our property is at 8500 feet elevation on the west slope of the Northern Sangre de Cristo mountain range. Faces west with a view of the Rio Grande Gorge Wild River recreation area about 5 miles away. I have 2 rv sites, with one electric hookup, and numerous tent sites with beautiful views or secluded intimate sites. 1 mile below the Lama Foundation spiritual center. Between the Red River Ski area (15miles) and Ski Taos (25 miles). 10 miles from John Dunn bride on the Rio Grande, and Black Rock natural hot springs on the river. And 20 miles to the Town of Taos and Historic Taos pueblo.

More tent than RV
This site was more of a tent site then an rv site. We have a tab 400 and we could barely squeeze into the area for rv. Once we got in the site we couldn't open our camper door all the way. I think it would be a great place for a tent. The location is awesome and the stars at night are great. The host was friendly as well.

Beautiful Mountain Campsite!
I loved camping on Katie's property! She was super attentive as a host, making sure we found her property and introducing herself as soon as we arrived. We were able to have a campfire and let our dogs off leash, exactly what we were looking for in a campsite!

Absolutely beautiful views! Campsite is backed up to another site but has plenty of privacy & a little path to a wash shed. Very tight getting in and out. Overall was a great stay!

Long-live Katie & Jessie's Hipcamp
I loved tent camping on Katie and Jessie's land! The views are spectacular and directions clear-as. There's another site nearby, but it wasn't too loud. In fact, we just joined-up and had a party ;) My kids loved petting their friendly dogs.
