Red Tail Site: For a bit of rustic charm, Red Tail offers multiple tent areas nestled under and around towering pine trees. Bird feeders are strategically placed for optimal viewing, and our resident red-tailed hawk often graces us with its presence. Enjoy leisurely walks on the many paths, complete with benches for those serene moments of bird watching. Flicker Site: Located on the edge of a sprawling hayfield, Flicker provides a stunning backdrop for your camping experience. Surrounded by walking paths, you’ll have the opportunity to observe birds and other wildlife in their natural habitat. The open space allows for unobstructed views and delightful sounds of nature. I loved camping at Connie’s camp. It was so peaceful, I took a walk down to the creek and I also made a fire at one of the beautiful fire pits. This place is a great camp for birdwatching ! It was also very cool to see the horses out in the pasture.
