Bisaccia Botanical Gardens was once part of the 160 Acre, Meridale Farms.  Historically, Meridale Farms was a premiere dairy farm known for its special breed of dairy cows. Stone walls at the front of the property were constructed in the late 17th century and are a testament to the history of the property. Learn more about this land: Small, organic, vegetable farm located in the Northwest portion of the Catskill Mountains situated between the cities of Delhi and Oneonta. Exquisite views. Hiking, swimming and fishing opportunities are within easy driving distance. Hunter Mountain, Howe Caverns, Cooperstown, Waterfalls, State Parks, local historical museums and scenic train rides are close by. On site amenities include BB Gun Range, Archery, Horseshoes, Volleyball, Frisbee Golf. Fine dining, movie theaters, miniature golf and shopping are located in Oneonta and/or Delhi.

Mark's land was beautiful, lots of wildflowers and birds. Site was level and power available, also bathroom in house was available. Mark is a four star host and we would camp there again.

Beautiful open property!
What a lovely place this was. Feels private despite being close to the road. If I ever travel through this part of NY again, I would stay again, hopefully when it’s warmer. The old city of Delhi, 10 minutes away, is a very charming historic town with neat places to explore. There was a fire pit with wood and a table. Note for tent campers: It’s definitely rustic! Reserve in advance to make plans for a toilet if needed, or bring your own.

Just great
Fantastic host. Very kind and friendly. They could accommodate to change spots. Also, the restroom was super clean. There was a hill just there to easily climb up and see a perfect view from there. Recommend for any types of camper - family, couple, friends and solo.

It’s a pleasant tent stay. The site is located at beautiful open field. Host was so nice, easily get firewood, and the toilet was really comfortable. The scenery from the top of hill was beautiful. It’s just 15 min. walk from site.

Wonderful stay at Mark’s property. He is super friendly and accommodating. Beautiful views and grounds. Would definitely stay here again. Five stars!
