Description
More Cherry than Plain, this park is a quaint, calming respite from the daily hustle. On 175 acres, sites are far and few between, giving visitors plenty of space to roam free. Speaking of roaming, check out the bridle paths or the hiking, biking, and nature trails that are woven throughout this park, where visitors can spot a variety of flora and fauna. There's also a sandy beach with a bathhouse and comfort station on Black River Pond. No boat, no problem! Boat rentals are available, but you can also BYOB (Bring Your Own Boat) if you've got the goods.

I try to make Cherry Plain a yearly visit. Gathering with friends at this park for camping is always a great time. Amenities cant get much better, great woodsy site, bathroom and shower facilities, picnic tables, and a beautiful sandy beach. Perfect spot for friends and family.
