It was built in the 1800’s and I bought it in 1996. It had no running water, electric, it just had a shell with walls. It had cloth wiring with two fuses well I made it into my cozy little farm. almost all self-contained getting windmill this summer. Learn more about this land: If you like to rough it + enjoy a primitive camping experience when you camp, this is the place! My family property is a 5 acre, small hobby farm that we love and want to share with you. If you have a solar power source for your camping activities great, you'll have plenty of sun to soak up here! Find here all your camping needs and wants--Camp fires, hiking, good times, and  just hanging out! We are so excited to have you come out and stay with us! Also have outhouse, Inside flushing toilet, and have showers with hot and cold water

Gorgeous farm site
This site is amazing! I can’t believe I found it last minute. Host was very responsive and helpful and friendly. Site was her land on an old farm house land. Mowed grass. Beautiful wildflowers. Campfire ring and wood. Bonus it faces the west and I got some awesome photos. I tent camped with my dog last day of a long trip

Sharon was an excellent host - very accommodating and helpful. The property is beautiful. Free style camping, so we had to set up own fire pit, which was fine, and she did have fire wood available. We ended up purchasing some elsewhere to supplement, due to the wetness while we were there. Just make sure you bring lots of insect repellant!

Quiet Sanctuary in the Country
Sharon was super courteous and went above and beyond in waiting up for us as we were delayed for several hours due to a tropical storm. Her site has plenty of space and she was very generous in sharing amenities, though you can just as easily rough it on the 5 acres of available land. The location was great, as we were only about half an hour away from Rochester and the Chimney Bluffs, so there's plenty to see and we looked forward to the quiet respite of our tents when we got back. If you're lucky to stay on a clear night, you'll also get an amazing view of the starry night sky.
