My property is about 70 acres of wildflower meadows, ponds, organic grain farm and forest located about 10 minutes northwest of Ithaca and 20 min from Finger Lakes wine trails. Enjoy walking along the dirt road and mown trails throughout the property, wild raspberry and blackberry picking, bird and wildlife watching and some incredible sunsets! The campsites are located well off the main road for privacy and seclusion. A convenience store and gas station are located about a mile down the road. This is a peaceful and beautiful place to stay.

Fantastic experience! Clean and smelled lovely. The temps were absolutely perfect when we went, so that definitely helped, but wow—might be the comfiest bed I’ve slept in outside of home.

Absolutely fabulous first glamping experience! Beautiful tent in between lovely oak trees and what a treat to roll right up to a set-up real bed in the woods after a long day of travel. Highly recommend.

Pond site
This was a great experience. The site was beautiful, private and the entire area was well kept. Close to many different waterfalls, restaurants and the works. Will definitely be back in the future!

Lower Meadow site
Beautiful
Really beautiful property with plenty of space between sites. Private. 10 minutes from Ithaca and 30 from Watkins Glenn. I could get some internet if I waked up the hill. It was perfect. Just enough for emergencies and not enough to be bothered by the real world. Had no issues.

Secluded Spruces
Craig was very accommodating. The Hipcamp app got the arrival date wrong & I couldn’t get in touch with them to change it. Craig answered my text right away & took care of it. Very helpful. Nice flat, private site. Down a dirt road. Might be tough if the weather was really bad, but OK for a 2nd van, even though slick from rain. 5 min from Ithaca. All in all, great site.
