Coweeta Creek Campground has water, electric, and septic on Sites 1 and 2 as well as a firepit and picnic table. The bathouse allows for hot showers and flushing toilets. Each site is gravel, shaded, and sits along the peaceful Coweeta Creek. The campground property has a large field for games (kickball, soccer, volleyball), as well as a flat 1/4 mile loop which you can view our mini homestead farm. We have chickens, bees, vegetable gardens, and a small fruit orchard. The campground is somewhat secluded (some neighbors across the creek), but only 15 minutes from Franklin, NC and 15 minutes from Clayton, GA with plenty of shopping/restaurants. Once you are at the campground you won't want to leave the beauty of the creek! Strong Wifi is available at all sites. Network password will be provided before arrival. Property History: Coweeta Creek Campground WAS a 20 site, thriving, family/church oriented campground from the 1970's that was later sold, then neglected. My family recently purchased the property and have only 2 sites RV pads and additional camping sites for a more family friendly, intimate setting. *Please send us a message if you are interested in renting out the entire property for family reunions, birthdays, or other events. There is potential for 10 sites with water/electricity along the creek, but we don't advertise it!

Coweeta Creek campground was so serene, peaceful and very clean. Beautiful mountain and creek views. His travel instructions were spot on and easy to follow. Will definitely plan to visit again ❤️🏕️

Perfect Stay

Amazing property, if you like a small, clean, quaint, quiet and friendly stay, I highly recommend this one. Full hook ups and internet was amazing! Rest rooms and HOT showers 😁 !! Nothing like S’mores and Netflix to end the day. 20 out of 10 in my book.

Most Amazing Ever!

This was our very own little piece of paradise. Endless hours spent sitting at the creek relaxing to the sounds. Definitely our home away from home. Melissa brought us fresh eggs, cucumbers and cantaloupe fresh from the garden and sent us home with a jar of sourwood honey her husband and son had collected. Bath house immaculate and showers are hot with great pressure. Stayed 8 days and we are ready to go back! Thank you for sharing your slice of heaven with us Adam and Melissa!
