A hidden gem!
If you want laid back peace and quiet, and no crowds this is your place! We had an amazing 3 days / 2 nights there, unplugged, just enjoying the sites and sounds of nature. Daniel and his family could not have been nicer or more accommodating, they checked in on us a couple of times after we arrived to make sure we were getting settled in and didn't need anything. We will definitely be returning.

Remote Camping Getaway.
If you’re looking for an intimate site on a beautiful, well-maintained farm that is operated by salt of the earth people, this is your spot. We were the only campers on site for 3 days. There are 3 sites that are all full hookups with a private pond off a nearby walking path. It’s off the beaten path and all you hear is the nature that surrounds you. Our dog was in 7th heaven with tons of room to move around. We do about 20 trips per year and we work hard to avoid traditional campgrounds. We prefer quiet settings with little outside interaction and this place checked all the boxes. The farm is quite isolated and while we did take a couple day trips to nearby towns, our intention was to stay on site and simply enjoy the scenery. We appreciate Daniel and his wonderful family for their kind and attentive treatment and we can’t wait to return…very soon!

Quiet and peaceful
The host was very friendly and very fast with responses. He met us at the gate and led us into our spot. The land is very peaceful and we had no issues at all. The entrance could be tricky for some longer campers, but Daniel brought us in a flatter way. Daniel had just finished working in the garden and even gave us two huge bags of potatoes. We told him that we would like to fish in the pond and he immediately went down and mowed around it so that the kids wouldn't have to walk through the tall grass. My kids had a lot of fun and caught a bunch of sunfish and bass. Nights were extremely quiet and the stars were great. We brought some wood but he had plenty on hand as well. We had everything we needed and had some good family time for the two nights that we spent there.
