Full 50amp RV hookups located on a hillside overlooking farmlands. Property is situated on 11 acres bordering the Historic Pioneer Cemetery (don’t think creepy, think rad historic gravesites from late 1800’s to current times. Many Veterans honored to live there). Beautiful sunsets to the west and is 1.25 miles from downtown Brownsville, a quaint historic town of 1700 people located on the Calapooia River which flows through town and surrounds our 30+ acres Pioneer Park. Our community has many events such as Carriage Me Back (1923 themed festival - early May), Pioneer Picnic (Parade, festival - June), Rally on the River (Vintage Trailers - July), City-Wide Garage Sale (July), Stand By Me (1986 movie partially filmed here - Late July), Antique Fair and Classic Car Show - Early August), etc. Wonderful business to support and 30 minutes to Eugene/Albany.Pull your RV (motorhome, travel trailer, adventure vehicle) behind the shop and up to the dedicated 50 amp (or 30amp or 20amp) full hookups on the hill. Located just 1.25 miles from Historic downtown Brownsville and 1.5 miles to the 30+ acre Pioneer Park with the Calapooia flowing around. This quaint little community has lots to offer all throughout the summer and fall months. Carriage Me Back (May - 1923 themed event), Pioneer Picnic (June- Parade and festival), City-Wide Garage Sale and Antique Faire (July), Stand By Me (July - 1986 movie filmed here), Rally on the River (Vintage Trailers), etc. Property is located next to the historic Pioneer Cemetery (don’t think creepy, think rad Cemetery from the mid-1800 with tall headstones and dozens of Veterans calling this home. 10 acres of space below the space for the doggies to run. Several mature Oak and Fir trees to rest under and enjoy the pasture. Message me if you need more space for other friends. We can make this two RV spaces (2 septic dumps, extension cord and water splitter). Or dry camp many more.

Peaceful, quiet, and great views!
This is a very nice spot. Being up on the hillside allows for such beautiful views! I would definitely recommend staying here. Very peaceful and quiet. Directions were good and their site was easy to find. Lots of room to manuever. The water pressure is a bit low at times. We filled our tank from their water supply and used our water pump for showers. Jered and Stefane were very, very responsive! They answered any questions or concerns so quickly. Very nice people.

Small town hospitality
Jered has a solid commitment to caring for this land once owned by his grandparents. There’s a great deal of history here. We were not put off by the proximity of the pioneer cemetery…all was peaceful. Jered greeted us and made sure we had everything we needed. He set us up with a propane tank and campfire and pointed us in the direction of the best pastries in town! We enjoyed the Antique Faire and Classic Car Show at the town park. We are already looking at next year’s festivals to time our next visit. The communication was fantastic and Jered assured us that we could use his place as a backup plan if we need to reroute on our return trip due to wildfires. Many thanks to Jered and Stefane …keep up the good work! Rafael and Lisa
