Learn more about this land: Enjoy a small working hay farm and animal sanctuary outside beautiful Bend, Oregon. We have amazing sunrises, sunsets, and star gazing on this 40-acre property. We have 11 goats and 2 Llamas, and we plan to enlarge our herd this year and take in other unwanted farm animals as needed. Note: This is an adults-only location. No children or dogs are allowed on the property. We have recently added two open-air A-Frames to the two campsites for your enjoyment. Both come with Gas firepits, lofts, and hammocks. We also have a new wood-burning sauna as an added feature and costs $20 per person for the duration of your stay.

Field A-Frame #2 (Mountain Views)
Campsite with the best view around
This site is definitely worth a detour. Jason offers a lovely site to camp, with a perfect scenic view of the mountains around the valley. The A-Frames invite to relax after a hiking day in the mountains. We would recommend to always book the sauna and end the day with a perfect sunset view while sweating. Jason is a lovely host with good recommendations for things to do around. He is also very courteous and cares for his guests. We would alway come back a second time

A sanctuary indeed
A beautiful property Jason and Diana (and their goats and llamas) keep with care, mindful attention, and a welcoming presence. The site is stunning, with views and spacious quiet all around and beautiful access to surrounding wonders including the Crooked River, Prineville Reservoir, Smith Rock, etc. Highly recommended adding the sauna add-on, including a cold dip in the pond after. Jason was very welcoming and happy to connect. Looking forward to being back again. Thank you, friends!

Camping with a View
Jasons property is AMAZING! My friend and I stayed here for two nights and we had the best time. Between the views, fire, sauna and pond you cant get enough! Jason made our stay extremely comfortable as well and was a great host. I would recommend this stay to all!

Do it!
The host Jason, was so accommodating and set up such a comfortable relaxing environment! Highly recommend adding on the Sauna…Jason was kind enough to set it up for us during our stay and recommended the cold plunge, which truly such a beautiful spot to relax even in the cold weather!! All the food recommendations were spot on and sooo good. Also I mean the alpacas and goats were adorable and and the Sunset from this property was beautiful!

Wonderful experience!
Jason and his wife were the best hosts I have ever interacted with. They were very helpful and even loaned us a few blankets since we didn't quite come prepared for the cold nights. Their goats were so sweet and cute, we were even allowed to say hi to them. It was a wo derfull experience and will definitely be coming back and bringing friends with us to occupy the other A frame.
