Ecotone as the name implies is on the edge of 2 ecosystems. It's where the Forest Foothills meet the open pasture farm land. The property is mostly flat open space with a riparian creek ecosystem that drops in elevation slightly on the edge of the property. There is ample shade especially in the afternoon. The property gets first Eastern sunrise and dappled light/shade after 4pm. There is working gardens and a budding orchard.Pitch your tent or park you vehicle/RV on our flat shaded site with a water spigot and electrical hookups nearby. Ample space for morning yoga and leisurely strolls around the garden. The site is about 150 feet from the quiet road with a large privacy fence surrounding the area. There is a neighborhood vibe on the property. There is expansive view to the east and tall trees in all other directions. Our house is about 500 feet away from the sight and slightly visible through the trees. Mature Ponderosas, Madrones, Doug Firs and Black Oaks will nestle you in.
What a beautiful and secluded spot! Jeff and Clair are really awesome! I wish I had planned to stay l9nger. Shady, flat, with 30 amp and water.
