We are growing an orchard and have a little flock of chickens. We want to share our rural little farm "Farmito" with traveling guests. We are an hour's drive from the Pacific Ocean and an hour from Portland. Our mile long rural road is great for family bike rides. We look forward to meeting you. This RV spot, on an old horse track, is nestled between our growing orchard and tall poplar, cherry and willow trees, bordering a fenced in pond that is home to ducks, blue heron and lots of frogs. Our one acre is home to a flock of 11 hens and 3 outside cats. It has wild spaces, and play nooks for little ones, optionally fenced fire pit, small, fenced pond for bird watching and frog listening. We have neighbors on 1 - 5 acre properties around us, but it's quiet and relaxed. We have neighbors on 1 - 5 acre properties around us, but it's quiet and relaxed. You can camp or park on on an old horse track. Depending on the season, you'll see beautiful trees in blossom. In summer, You may pick blackberries and sample the local apples. We are a 11 minute walk to the Yamhill County Locks Park with swings, covered picnic areas, and a footpath to river access for kayaks, canoes, and small rafts. Mellow family biking is a great activity on our road. Need supplies? Town is close by!
