No dump station on site.This space is in a cover RV carport 13x13x25. Plus and extra covered space. Include parking for two vehicles. The main house is visible from this space however you will be given privacy. You are welcome to use the yard in front of the covered area. There is electrical hook ups with a flat fee $30. I can provide water from a hose. There are nobathroom amenities, guest will need to be self contained
