Nomadic camping
Best for self-contained campers. There are no toilets, showers, or potable water at this Hipcamp.
A picturesque quiet county setting positioned along refreshing waters of the Sugar Creek. Fish the creek, hike the North Towanda Glen or just relax beside a campfire and enjoy the soothing sounds of nature. Pitch your tent on the banks of the Sugar Creek. Float the creek or soak in a swimming hole. The North Towanda Glen is a beautiful on premise hike. The campsite is a hike in, with a creek crossing. Located in a very private setting, you are much more likely to encounter wildlife instead of people.A picturesque quiet county setting positioned along refreshing waters of the Sugar Creek. Great weekend trip
Fun place to camp! Nathan was super responsive and even delivered firewood by Mule. I didn't want to try crossing the creek with our RAV4, so we had to carry everything across to the site, which I'm sure will be a lasting memory for my kids. Bring waterproof and well-secured shoes since the rocks are slippery in places! Even with relatively low water the area of the creek in front of the camp is swimmable and large enough for kayaks. Only recommendation would be an outhouse latrine and a picnic table so we didn't have to carry over (and back) as much stuff. Stars were abundant in the evening and we saw a lot of wildlife.

A lovely time by the creek!
This site was perfect for the weekend we were hoping to have! When we got there the water was a little too high for me to feel comfortable driving over but we were able to walk over just fine!! The river is perfect for skipping rocks and taking a dip in. Also, Nathan is very friendly and communicative. We were blessed with tons of rain while there and he made sure to check in on us and see how we were doing and I really appreciated that.

"Beautiful, I would definitely come back; Nathan is always in touch for whatever you need but also gives you the privacy to enjoy with confidence. I caught some good fish in the creek, which isn't hard to cross but a 4x4 or AWD is necessary. Thanks, Nathan, for the beautiful land." 🇺🇸

Guys fishing trip
There was a creek crossing and the water was a little higher than I expected, but that what made this site so awesome! Nate the host was every helpful with directions getting to the site and also offered to take some of our gear over the creek with his side by side. The site is very quiet and relaxing. The land scenery is amazing. This was my first experience with using hipcamp. I would definitely recommend this site to anyone. Thank Nate for letting us enjoy your land.

Old Farmstead
It was a great camping spot. Nice and level, quiet, shady, and grassy, plenty of room too. The hosts were friendly and very accommodating. Access was easy by truck. A nice 100 year old farm and family owned. Would definitely return to this spot.

Beautiful and quiet!
Awesome site! Nathan was extremely helpful, from directions, to showing us some cool spots to check out on the property. Definitely suggest a 4WD or AWD. Quiet and secluded. We will be visiting again for sure.
