Hilltop campsite
The site was secluded and fairly level. We enjoyed the wooded surroundings. The host was kind and helpful.

Tent River Site
We will definitely go back!
We will definitely go back first chance we get. We stayed for the weekend and we ended up adding another day. What we did see and experienced was spectacular. We took so many amazing pictures. Everything from the sunrise, to the exploding skies of stars, to driftwood art along the river shore, this was truly a real treat for our little get-away. We will definitely plan a longer stay next time. Oh, and need I say that going out on the canoe and parking on the rocks in the middle of the river and fishing was so peaceful. On our last day I stayed out there for hours. You can also fish right off the river bank in quite a few different places walking distance from campsite. The weather was terrific everyday we were there! No need to stock up to much on camping supplies, the stores are not that far from the the camping area and had everything we needed. John and his wife were perfect hosts, courteous, helpful, and ensure your stay is a pleasant one. We have one amazing dog that just loved our stay as well. He could be off his leash and really enjoyed playing alongside the river bank. We didn't even have trouble with bugs!!! It was great! The out house was close by so we didn't have to walk far at night and was decent. One other camper showed up for one night but there was plenty enough space and wooded area in between sites so that you have your privacy. I could go on and on about how wonderful our stay was, you'll just have to check it out for yourself! See our pictures.....

Amazing Camping Experience!
Amazing!!! We loved our mini vacation on the saluda river. The views, hosts, tent site were all A+. We will definitely will return.

Tent River Site
This is an ideal spot to bring a family. The river makes for an excellent place to kayak. And the host is very accommodating. Highly recommend
