Hi campers, we have 100+ acres for your next camping adventure. You select campsite, First come first serve for your campsite. Camping allowed anywhere within the 100+ fenced areas. We have 5 ponds and gorgeous oak trees, accompanied by excellent sunrise/sunset views accessible to all. Portable bathrooms. Fires allowed per county regulations. (Wood provided) Helicopters welcome to land and camp

Beautiful property, nice host. Everything would have been great if it hadn’t been from a neighbor playing music too loud all night. Loved everything else though.

Texas live oak grassland
This is a lovely spot in a place where there are few opportunities to camp. We were there in the spring, so the grass was deep and lush. I'm not sure what it would be like in midsummer. The campsites are scattered amongst a number of ponds which are full of life including some catchable sunfish. Lots of room for kids and dogs to run. Cody and his son were great hosts, and had some useful information to share. Just 50 miles outside of Dallas, but a world away in rural Texas.

Cody’s hipcamp was great and he is friendly and responsive. We saw the eclipse at his place and it was truly an experience - unblocked views everywhere and no one around

Beautiful location, peaceful, and easy to find. Cody had several areas cleared so we had our choice of location for setting up.
