We provide Urban Glamping in the heart of Salt Lake City. Our backyard is 7 minutes from the airport and 8 minutes from the Delta Center (arena), Abravanel Hall, & Salt Palace Convention Center. Enjoy a camping experience with necessary amenities including a comfortable place to sleep, a grill to cook your meals, and a full bathroom accessed inside our home. We are a small family with two sweet doggos. Your furry friends are also welcome! We do ask that you clean up after your dogs and keep them within the back gated area if they do not get along with other dogs. Planning to come back!

Me and my friend truly had the best experience camping at Claire’s/Ernies Estate! Everything about our stay was 10/10. They accommodated us with a great tent set up, with very comfortable cots to sleep on, a table to place our belongings, access to their grill, and even set us up with a nice campfire at the end of our day. Also was fantastic to be able to have an actual full bathroom to use! They explained everything very thorough so our stay was simple- how to access the yard, the remote for the lights, gave us info on the area and things to do. The hosts definitely gave the place such a welcoming, safe & friendly vibe. They far exceeded my expectations. I contribute our amazing experience to our hosts being such kind and loving people.. oh, and the awesome views of Salt Lake City. We are ready planning our next trip to stay there again 🙌🏼

Best site we’ve ever stayed at

I’m going to gush a little. This was the nicest HipCamp site we’ve ever stayed at and it’s run by the nicest people. They were very generous and accommodating. The site was in their backyard which had a large tent over a grassy area. Very private and clean. They allowed us use of the bathroom indoors and they had a wonderful vegetable garden which they shared. Really some of the nicest people ever. I can’t give a high enough recommendation. I hope their Hipcamp business flourishes. And Thank you to them for making it such a nice visit. (It’s only two miles from the Family search library.)
