Hello Campers & Glampers! Our property is 16.5 acres, two of which are along the Tygart Valley River and the rest are within forest canopy on the mountainside. We are in the low foothills of the Appalachia. We have 4 riverfront sites and we are continually changing our space around This year we will be adding a tiny house on site 4 and a sweatlodge with soaking pool on Site 1 additional camping spots along the property near outhouse Each site is equipped with a steel fire pit/grill and a picnic table. We have been busy building hiking trails and more primitive campsites on the 14.5 acres on the hillside across the road from the riverfront for all to enjoy. Step outside your tent and enjoy natures bounty —outdoor activities including fishing, kayaking, hiking, bird watching are all at your fingertips and much more. There are 300+ acres of public land less than one mile away with miles of ATV and hiking trails and stocked ponds. If you're a fan of waterfalls just 4 miles down river is Arden Falls, one of our areas best kept secrets. The Tygart Valley River is one of the top kayaking rivers in the country. Audra State Park is less than 20 minutes away with lush forest trails with caves to explore. Well known hiking trails such as Seneca Rocks, Spruce Knob, and the Dolly Sods are all within an hour drive. Go to Nelson Rocks for the ultimate climbing experience on the Via Ferrata. We are the perfect place to come to explore the wild beauty of West Virginia without the crowds. A hidden gem!

Awesome 👍🏽
Awesome So relaxing, I slept well 😴 Checked out the river and that was a blast! As round 330 am something(s) Would chat back and forth as they navigated thru the woods and across our site and then back. I don't know what they were but they were intrigued

River Front Site 2 tent/car/van
This was our first experience Hipcamping with two kids and a dog. Emily and Dusty where considerate, accommodating and fantastic hosts--we couldn't of asked for anything better! The drive in was beautiful, the surrounding area even more so. Dusty was a great trail guide, and we recommend asking him about the local area

River Front Site #3
Site 3
We tent camped at site 3 for two nights and I have nothing but positive things to say about this place! Emily and Dusty keep everything clean and the views are gorgeous. There is a fire ring with attached grill grate and picnic table at each site. Dusty and Emily are extremely accommodating - Dusty can do private hiking tours on week days and checks in on the sites daily to make sure you’re comfortable. I will say, if you’re looking for a private/secluded get away, this won’t be for you as sites 1-4 are next to one another and separated by a fence. That being said, the other campers at the sites were also amazing and considerate. I wouldn’t change anything about their spot and very grateful to have gone!

River Front Site 2 tent/car/van
Site #2 was very clean and well groomed. The thing I liked the most is that 95% of the day was in the shade making the stay in a tent much more enjoyable. There was an ample amount of trees for shade and an opportunity to tie off tarps and plastic for protection from any rain. The site was generally level for chairs and tables. Although the water level was on the low side during the first week of June it was still at a level in which it was clean enough to bath in and provide water for cleaning purposes.

Earth - Sky is a Nice, Get-Away!
Earth-Sky was a beautiful camp site right along the river. The grass had just been cut right before we arrived so it was easy to pitch the tent. The campsite had a picnic table, a fire pit, and a usable port-o-potty, but there is no showers or bathing other than the river. Haul in any water you need and haul out the trash. Emily and Dustin were there to greet us and even made some firewood available since we didn’t bring any with us.
