Welcome to our property! This is a very scenic property, that is rich with history. The Virginia Dale Stage Station is about three miles away and the overland trail has several branches going through here. We are also a fifth generation cattle ranch.   We are in Wyoming, on Highway 287 between Fort Collins, CO. and Laramie, Wyoming. We are still building out our property with a General store, and Western Themed Town coming soon. We have campsites for RV’s or Tents. We have an amazing 1000 acres to have your own hiking, wildlife, birdwatching, adventure. We have great hiking and wildlife viewing, marmots, pronghorn, antelope, deer, elk, and an occasional moose. Birds of every feather gather here so bring your binoculars. Hikes include balancing boulders and rock formations. Wonderful stargazing, our stars are so bright it seems like you can reach up and touch them. We are a working ranch and do have livestock. Don’t mess with the bull! Firewood, for $7.00 per bag delivered to your campsite.   The bags make a great trash bag when empty! Do not bring your own firewood, as we don’t want more pine beetles and noxious weeds.   Due to the high volume of people coming in separate vehicles, after two vehicles per site, its $10.00 per vehicle extra per night. We have portable outhouses available.

Campsite 7 was so beautiful and peaceful! We truck camped and loved it! Highly recommend!

Site 8 - We Have 15 Beautiful Camp Sites
Peaceful and serene
The property has beautiful scenery all around, and is the most serene and peaceful place we have stayed. We enjoyed Site 8 a lot…it has a nice stand of trees for shade, amazing views, and is up off the main road so it is very private. We also found it had great cell service if you need to stay connected. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay,

The views are awesome. The land is clean and well kept. Robert and Elyse are awesome hosts. It is very quiet. My husband and I it up there. We key going back. Thank you 😊

Site 4 - We Have 15 Beautiful Camp Sites
This is another place I don't even want to talk about because it might get too busy for me to book a spot. It's absolutely spectacular. We got our bus up there with no problem whatsoever. It was hard to go do other things, home base was too beautiful. We will be back.

Site 10 - We Have 15 Beautiful Camp Sites
Beautiful and secluded area. Campsite 10 was up a small hill and very secluded. I found a nice spot that was fairly level ground to set up camp. A nice shaded area by trees was available. Although I messaged about the porta potty I just saw them dispersed around the camp grounds not on the actual campsite. All in all my family and I had a great trip with our 5 month old. Very quiet and peaceful at night.
