This 300-acre bamboo property gives you total tranquillity in nature. There are boats and boards to use, and an island kingdom for kids to play. Kiss and release fishing (Perch) in the awesome lake, which is also great for swimming, and building bamboo rafts. Adventures awaits! Basic, off-grid camp kitchen, big weatherproof wedding venue space to hire, posh dunnies (composting toilets), and a hot water shower shack with a magic view of the lake! There is plenty of shade and we're dog-friendly. Well-behaved dogs are welcome off-lead. Endless space, and plenty of privacy, campers can choose a spot when they get here. A bundle of firewood is provided on arrival, and you're welcome to bring more with you if you need. Price is per person per night, kids under 16 half price. Under 5 stay free so don't include them in booking numbers. Join us for cocktail hour at the brand-new Tiki bar! BYO drinks! We also have a brand-new sauna that campers are welcome to enjoy! Rainbow Farm is in its beginnings on a journey towards being a hobby farm with a mix of permaculture, biodynamic and regenerative farming with land for wildlife. At non-peak times we don't have many bookings, so you can enjoy the peace and privacy of your riverside campsite or glamping accomodation tucked away at the bottom of our back paddock with views of and access to swimming and paddling on the Orara river. Please note that at peak times ie summer holidays there are likely to be other campers sharing the campground. Choose from a campsite or Glamping Bell Tent accomodation.. Sleep peacefully to the sounds of the Orara River and wake to the sounds of the river and country life. There is an amazing outdoor plumbed bathtub that runs on filtered rainwater or river water, so you can relax and gaze at the stars at night! We have also recently installed an outdoor shower. Both of these are plumbed with hot and cold water and are a nice way to warm up after a dip in the refreshing spring fed Orara River. Enjoy the tranquillity of country life only fifteen minutes drive from Coffs Harbour. The sites here provides you with the opportunity to get back to nature, rest and relax away from hustle and bustle. Please note: * That we have outdoor amenities here- camp kitchen, washing up sink, outdoor bath, shower and composting toilets. *That there is a short walk from the designated parking spot to the campsite, it's not far at all. *'Vehicles are not able to be driven up or down the grassy slope to the campground. If you are sleeping in your car/van/rooftop tent, then your site will be on the driveway inside the Rainbow Farm Gate (see picture of Van on driveway) , with use of all campground amenities. If you are tent camping, then you can park your vehicle in our designated car parking area and set up in the campground. 'Killarney Nymboida River' is a family run working cattle farm on the banks of the pristine Nymboida River, located 47km Southwest of Grafton. Our accommodation would perfectly suit a few couples, 2 families or a group of up to 10 people. Your booking will include both The Cottage and The Shed. 'The Cottage' is open plan with loft style accommodation with 2 x queen beds, 2 x KS and 2 x floor mattresses. It has a lounge room area with TV, small kitchenette and bathroom. All linen is provided. 'The Shed' is also open style accommodation with 3 x double beds and 1 x KS. It also has a bathroom with laundry, Kitchenette, the kids pool table and a ping pong table. All bed linen for this area is stored in a tub in the shed and beds can be made up by guests as needed. Just bring towels! Making memories is what we are about whether that be fishing, swimming, kayaking, watching the races in the bar over a game of pool or just sitting by the fire with your favorite tunes to relax and unwind. Some guests may be lucky enough spot a platypus or even witness the mustering team in action from a distance. For those adventure lovers out there, who enjoy canoeing or kayaking, you may want to take advantage of being on section one of 'The Longest Whitewater Trail in Australia'. If you enjoy 4WD adventures a day trip to The Junction at the Nymboi-Binderay National Park is well worth the drive. The closest town to get supplies is Coutts crossing, approx 22km drive. There is a BP service station with a general store and post office inside. Here you can also grab a coffee and takeaway food. Coutts Crossing also has a Tavern which does lunch and dinner most days and locally run raffles most Friday nights. All fishing is catch and release - Please refer to the 'Rules' regarding fishing.

Whether it is turning off and immersing yourself in the tranquility of your surrounds or looking for an adventure with endless bushwalking tracks we offer it all. Surrounded by State Forest, adventure awaits you! **Please be advised ROADS - access to property is through unsealed State forest roads. Suitable 4wd vehicles. Please note roads have some washouts, corrugates and steep descents. You must have knowledge of driving off road. FIRES - fires permitted in fire pits when no restrictions are in place. Please note we are in a secluded area surrounded by heavy bushland so great care must be taken to ensure everyone's safety. Firewood can be purchased upon check-in. NO Toilet or Showers - All campers MUST HAVE their own portable toilet. NO EXCEPTIONS!! On departure all waste must be taken and disposed of in nearby town dumping stations. WATER - Please bring your own drinking water or collect from creek BYO LEAVE NO TRACE - everything must be brought in with you to be self-sufficient as we are 45 minutes away from nearest towns ( Bellingen or Bowraville). We do ask that all rubbish is taken with you when you leave. There is no council rubbish collection in this area. PETS - animals are welcome but as this is a working farm we do ask that dogs must be familiar with farm animals or be leashed. Respect is also asked of other visitor's and control over your animals at all times is expected. All vehicles must be registered to enter property - vehicle details will be required prior to check-in. PHONES - no reception NOISE - Shutdown for music is 10pm NO EXCEPTIONS! We want to ensure everyone enjoys their stay. Extra’s Horse Trail Ride Tour Multi Day - you will need to supply your own horse or be an experienced rider to ride one of our horses. Horse riding experience will need to be demonstrated prior to departure and access to the property is by horseback. ⚠️Road is unsuitable for horse floats at the moment. Reconnect with nature as you relax on the East facing tiny home overlooking the lush Bellingen Forest. Situated 800 metres away from the road and surrounded by 52 acres of forest, you’ll experience mystical misty mornings and stunning afternoon colours. When you’re ready for food and town vibes, Bellingen is a short 4 kilometre drive with great cafes, restaurants, pubs and shops, including an IGA for all your grocery needs. The only problem? You won’t want to leave. The tiny house has been made from recycled and reclaimed materials with a lovely cottage feel. The large windows and french doors provide an easy connection with the beautiful surrounds and amazing views. You’ll enjoy a comfortable stay with the well-equipped kitchenette (portable induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle), comfortable queen-sized bed, inside and outside seating, ensuite bathroom and large undercover deck with outdoor bath. Perfect for 2 people! The tiny house has been positioned to be completely private, and there will be no one sharing this area with you, yet the main house is not too far away in case you have any emergencies. Other things to note We aim to be as sustainable as possible while not skimping on luxury. We aim to make your stay as memorable as possible and provide lots of personal touches, but please do not take anything from the tiny house. We have solar panels, water tanks and filter the water to the tiny house. Luckily for us we live in a wet part of the world so no need to worry about how much water you use, though please only use toiletries provided, or ensure the ones you bring are eco friendly. The toilet is a composting toilet but it is used as any flushing toilet, without the flush! The place is extremely quiet, though sometimes dirt bikes can be heard travelling through the fire trails. Beautiful bird calls and the spotting of wildlife are assured.
