The tiny house is surrounded by beautiful native trees and plants and the grassed area in front of the deck features a gorgeous fire pit with seating. A historic little rustic outhouse houses extra firewood. Some board games, playing cards and books are provided as well as outdoor games like Finska, croquet, grip ball, boule and ring toss. Access to the properties back paddock is through a gate and there you will be surrounded by beautiful vistas and a creek at the bottom. There is an abundance of birds and wildlife for you to enjoy and view. Regular visitors include wallabies, bush turkeys, turtles, cockatoos, ducks and many other birds. There is a 'home made' grass tennis court and rackets and a few balls are provided but feel free to bring your own. Head up to the Treehouse and make yourself comfortable in the suspended ergoflex queen bed, let the breeze tussle your hair, and watch the world go by - sometimes all we need is somewhere quiet to sit and BE for a while, before heading back into the fray. The infrared sauna sits in its own building where you can look out over the garden while enjoying its wonderful health benefits. It's free to enjoy, just book your time with Bronwen when you arrive. The smallest things can be healing, like snuggling up in front of the firepit, patting a cat, reading one of our many self-help books or novels, drinking tea, just listening to the birds, or playing with a dog. In addition to the main house, there are 3 hand-made gypsy style caravans on site. The largest (brown) caravan at the front of the property has a double bed and 2 small single beds - so can sleep up to 4 people. It is suitable for 2 adults and 2 kids. The smallest caravan (green) has 2 single beds in it - please note that these beds are narrower than a standard single bed - see photos. Bed linen and Towels are provided only for the main house occupants - you must bring your own linen and towels when staying in the caravans. The medium caravan (blue) is in the backyard and can be used as a cubby house/chill out area or workspace. The house itself has recently been renovated, with care taken to retain its gorgeous vintage fixtures and furniture. There are coloured stained glass windows and lighting pendants throughout the house. This is our family holiday house so we have set it up with everything that you and your family will need to feel comfortable and at home.
