There is also an additional pull out single bed up here. Huge doors and windows allow light and a good view out across the garden. There are linen curtains in the living area to allow full view or total privacy. Guest access Guests are welcome to explore the property and the gardens. Other things to note There is a wood burning stove with unlimited wood/firelighters etc supplied. There are also electric panel heaters and a split system. But if we know roughly what time you’re due to arrive we’ll have the place toasty for you in winter. Minimum Stay info… We have a minimum 2 night booking policy which is strict at weekends. 1 night bookings may be considered if tagged on to the end of another booking. This would be at a premium base rate of $500. Please message to enquire. Also 3 night minimum for long weekends and 4 night minimum booking at Easter. Changes to existing bookings must be made at least 2 weeks before original proposed arrival date in order to give a fair amount of time to try resell.
