With 1000 acres of rolling country - including native forest, park-like grazing land, and three kilometers of Numeralla River frontage - there's a lot to do at Kallarroo! Stay in rural comfort in our rustic and secluded log cabin with sweeping, views down the valley and mountain property, or set up camp at our peaceful, private camping site, where you'll enjoy river views from gently sloping grassland on the boundary of the property. Either option will provide a real taste of traditional Australian farm life and allow you to explore our majestic Snowy Mountain landscape. We take great pride in being a pet-friendly accommodation! To cover the additional cleaning and maintenance required for accommodating pets, we have a pet surcharge of $50 AUD per dog per stay. We look forward to welcoming you to Kallarroo.

Spend some time exploring the Deua National Park which is home to the Big Hole and the Marble Arch. Guests can enjoy use of drinking water, a picnic table for meals and rubbish facilities.Louisa's Cabin is a studio style cabin with a small kitchenette (water from outdoor tank), cosy couches around an indoor fireplace and a lush King Bed. The bathroom is a shared amenities block with 2 showers and 3 toilets a short walk through the gardens. There is access to a laundry.Paddy's Hut is self-contained for your comfort, and the perfect location for a family getaway, a group of friends to relax and unwind, or offer the creature comforts to stage you wildlife adventures from.Enjoy the evenings around the campfire as you tell tales under the stars.Pets are welcome, but please be aware the owners have two of their own friendly dogs who are likely to stop by and say hello.

This is a working farm approx 70% cleared remainder bush. Sub Alpine so the temperature can change quickly and snow, the area has quite a verity of bird and animals. There are currently 5 paddocks available no set campsites you pick your own site near mountain stream or in the bush also available is a self-contained cottage (view our separate listing for Calabash Manager's Cottage). This has 4 bedrooms bathroom and kitchen heating when required is a slow combustion wood stove very relaxing. There are no amenities for campers, please BYO and leave no trace. There is plenty of branches and wood on the ground for a fire but please no fires when fire bans in place. Dogs are OK but as we are a sheep property they must be well controlled and on a leash and not left to roam. We prefer smaller dogs. Campfires permitted when restrictions aren't in place. Plenty of firewood around to gather your own. If you want it cut it for you then buy some as an extra and add it to your order. Please check with the host on arrival regarding local fire conditions. No set areas for camping - choose when you get here. Suitable for caravans, motor homes, tents. Lots of options! No mobile phone reception if you walk around the paddock you may get a signal, If you need to contact us once you have a booking, contact us via email or landline. Temperature can change quickly and in winter you could be snowed in, so be prepared.

We are conveniently located just 15 minutes from Cobargo, 35 minutes from the coastal beauty of Bermagui, and near the historic villages of Tilba Tilba and Central Tilba. The Dairy features one spacious queen bedroom and two generous double bedrooms, complemented by a unique bathroom that includes double sinks, a clawfoot bath, and a separate shower. Enjoy the well-appointed kitchen, two large lounge areas, and a veranda with ample comfortable seating and stunning views. To keep you cosy during the winter, the living area boasts a wood fireplace. For your convenience, there is a small Weber BBQ and a fire pit for relaxing evenings under the stars. Feel free to explore our 2 acres of woodland garden surrounding the main house. We welcome pets, but please inform us if you are bringing your fur baby as some conditions will apply. Access to our property is 15 km from Cobargo, with 11 km of sealed road and 4 km of council dirt road. The final 0.5 km takes you through a neighbouring property with delightful Jersey cows in the paddock. As a working farm, there will be various farm activities during your stay, which may involve farm machinery and the movement of stock.
