Great campsite and great hosts.
The best camp shower and toilet I have experienced and the raised deck for our tent kept us out of the mud and moisture.
We didn’t meet Dianne but her family were very accommodating, providing mozzie zappers and citronella lanterns to place around the site and extra firewood.
Being there after a big wet, the mozzies and pot holes along the dirt access road made it a little challenging but being prepared for this would make all the difference. It was also a bit further out from Evan’s head/Yamba etc. than the listing described.
Thank you guys for a great camp, if we’re up in Northern NSW again we will be back!

1 night at Petaurus Gardens
We had such a lovely stay at this camp site the setting was peaceful and beautiful. The facilities were great even had hot water and the tents were amazing. The host really made it stand out. We had a run of bad luck with our car, and he went absolutely above and beyond to help us out. From offering advice to physically helping us sort things out, he was incredibly kind and generous with his time. Highly recommend staying here, not just for the gorgeous setup and great facilities but for the amazing hospitality. Thank you again!

Booked two of the glamping tents to camp with a friend and our kids.
Host was very helpful and attentive, setting us up with a fire and free insect repellent.
This place was more established than I expected. Didn't get a chance to do any of the activities (kayaking, mountain biking etc) but had a really great time nonetheless.
Great price as well 😊

This place was awesome! Amenities were fantastic and the platform to camp on was an absolute life saver given it rained every night. The hosts were very generous and had some spare Mozzie coils and zappers for us to borrow which was greatly appreciated.
Bring your gumboots and bug spray!
We would happily come back here.

I was lucky to have the place nearly to myself! The grounds are beautiful maintained with a fire pit already set up. Both the host and groundsman were friendly and welcoming!

This camp had avery picturesque outlook.
Very clean and tidy.
Portaloo's were exceptionally clean.
So close to the forest for some amazing 4wd adventures.
Great experience and highly rated.

Had a great stay here in my campervan. Sharon was lovely, very accommodating and willing to have a chat, even as I arrived in the darkness! It was a quiet night on the site so finding a plot was no issue. It was so peaceful on the site. Waking up to the sounds of the kookaburras and the chickens was a great natural alarm clock. The portaloos onsite were very clean and well stocked. It’s only around 20-25 minutes into Coffs Harbour so the proximity is great. I recommend and would stay again.

Great property with two very large paddocks for camping in with fire pits scattered around. It was very quiet when we camped in April with not very many other guests. Camping site was great although you'll need to be entirely self sufficient. Portaloos are scatters around the property, clean and easy to use. Farm animals were a lot of fun to meet and feed in the morning and the owner was absolutely lovely. We appreciated the late 8pm check in.

What a beautiful part of NSW. We had a 1 yo, two 3 yo’s and four adults (and a pup) at the Shouse and the space was so perfect. Beautiful surroundings, clean clutter free interior which was perfect for little ones. Secure fence for the pup with a donkey friend to hang out with. Fire at night was amazing and the drive was pretty awesome too. Would definitely come again 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

We had a lovely nights stay with a beautiful sky - super peaceful and great hosts! Bruce the caretaker was more than happy to show us around and tell us about the place 😊 The portaloo’s were very clean and there’s firewood available for purchase so you can have your own fire. I’d definitely stay again!

This family run camp is only new. Chris lives on site and is catering to the eco camper. His knowledge and conservation of this pristine area is impressive. I setup camp down on the river that was easily accessible, and even has its own sandy beach! There are walking tracks all over the expansive property and is a bird lovers paradise. I was able to use their Kayak and have a paddle a few kms upstream flicking a few lures to try and catch that elusive bass that's still there.
The amenities block had a nice hot shower, toilets and sinks. There are a number of glamping style tents that have been setup for those that like a bit of comfort or don't have the gear. There's plenty of wood around to have a fire.
Great spot, not too far from civilisation but far enough to think your the only person on earth. I will definitely be back.

2 nights at Petaurus Gardens
We were welcomed by Di with a bucket of ice and piccolo bottles of bubbly with 2 glasses and told we were their first guests. We were chuffed, what a super start to our stay.
As we were the only ones they also upgraded us to the larger glamping tent, it had such lovely furnishings with the most comfortable king size bed.
Chris was the most hospitable host, he came to bring us some mozzie lamps and check on us which was very thoughtful.
This is definitely worth the visit we will be back again. Thank you Di and Chris most enjoyable a relaxing visit.
