Please note: Sites 1 and 2 are available for booking up to 3 months in advance. Sites 3 and 4 are only open for for booking up to 1 week in advance as long as the ground isn't too wet. Our property is inhabited by a few cattle and kangaroos and on occasions a couple of visiting brolgas. The private boat ramp is accessible at the main house which is about 100 metres from your campsite. You are welcome to make use of our canoe or kayak which are kept up at the main house. Pets are welcome but must be kept under control. Campfires are allowed permitting there are no restrictions in place. Each campsite has it's own firepit surround in which to light your camp fire. Firewood is available for purchase. Campers must bring their own toilet and be fully self sufficient. Leave the site as you found it and take all waste with you on departure. The campsite is accessible by 2WD and can accommodate caravans, campervans and camper trailers. The sites are generally level and grassy.

The property is listed with NSW Government as private biodiversity conservation area because of its flora and fauna. UPDATE: We do have 1 flush toilet available for all our guests on the property nearby the Homestead. Pets are welcome as long as they are well-behaved, and if your pet tends to chase livestock, they’ll need to be leashed. If the fire baths are your calling card, book Swan Lake. Our property is 2WD & 4WD accessible, with 4WD caravans and camper trailers welcome. We do have plenty of 2WD sites available as well. We are upgrading the infrastructure (water, sewer, stormwater and electricity) of the park. Due to capital requirement and for the convenience of existing residents, the upgrade will be undertaken in multiple stages. The road will be concreted after all infrastructure are installed. During the process of upgrading, there will be some trenching and digging. The trench may be not filled property. The swimming pool is not available for maintenance until further notice.

Our 40 acre property is home to four quiet, secure, exclusive river front sites on the mighty Clarence River. Boating, fishing and crabbing literally at your doorstep. And it's just a 15 minute drive into the towns of Yamba and Maclean. The campsites are situated right on the bank of the mighty Clarence River, perfectly suited for campers who enjoy the peace and quiet. Please note: Sites 1 and 2 are available for booking up to 3 months in advance. Sites 3 and 4 are only open for for booking up to 1 week in advance as long as the ground isn't too wet. Our property is inhabited by a few cattle and kangaroos and on occasions a couple of visiting brolgas. The private boat ramp is accessible at the main house which is about 100 metres from your campsite. You are welcome to make use of our canoe or kayak which are kept up at the main house. Pets are welcome but must be kept under control. Campfires are allowed permitting there are no restrictions in place. Each campsite has it's own firepit surround in which to light your camp fire. Firewood is available for purchase. Campers must bring their own toilet and be fully self sufficient. Leave the site as you found it and take all waste with you on departure. The campsite is accessible by 2WD and can accommodate caravans, campervans and camper trailers. The sites are generally level and grassy.
