Our surrounds are quiet, private and peaceful. Our camping sites allow for both small and large groups . Each campsite has a designated fire pit. Fallen timber may be collected for fires (no chainsaws please), or alternatively firewood may be purchased on arrival. Most sites have 2WD access, however high clearance all-wheel drive recommended for some sites. While away your days picnicking by the creek and watching the sunset, or explore the surrounding National Parks and other attractions that the Glen Innes area has to offer. The property is so spectacular, that parts of it have even been featured on TV's Farmer Wants a Wife. The terrain is rugged and hilly, but the host has created easy access to several excellent, grassy camping sites some exclusive to one group at a time, others around the large dam but still with plenty of space. They all have good road access for even 2WD, provided they have good clearance. The creek and rocks are stunning and will provide hours of fun. Fishing tours are run on the property at an extra cost, it is strictly catch and release and must discuss it beforehand with the host. We do not permit hunting as we want our guests to have and enjoy the tranquility and space. Please note, that our Farmer Wants a Wife site has a long-drop toilet and designated fire ring, however, our other sites are for completely self-contained campers only. If you are visiting during the shearing season, you are welcome to come and check it out for an insight into farm life! Pet friendly, but only small breeds, and must be kept on a lead at all times. Please discuss bringing your dog with the host before booking. Campfires are ok provided you BYO firepit, and they are kept small and manageable. There is plenty of fallen timber you are welcome to collect for firewood. Strictly no cutting down of trees. No campfires during fire bans, or when conditions are not favourable. Our beautiful property is located near Inverell, featuring 1,850 acres of gently sloping farmland edged by mountains with beautiful eucalyptus bush. There is a big dam and yabbies in the creek. We have a range of fruit trees which you are welcome to help yourself to fruit when in season. The mountains have some amazing big boulders which you can view and climb when going for a hike. You have an option to camp at the shed where there is a generator for power (lighting) and toilet amenities. This area is generally flat and can accommodate any type of camping vehicle. There is a shed to provide shelter for your food prep etc. There is a sink under the awning but you will need to carry water in a container to wash dishes. Outside there is wood-burning BBQ the camping paddock is fully fenced in . For 4WD enthusiasts, there are good camping spots at the top of the mountain ridge (you will need to bring your own camping toilet/shower amenities)caution boggy when wet . You will need to bring your own fresh drinking water supply and unleaded fuel to run the water pump and generator. We have secure cattle yards as a holding space if holidaying with your horses (please see Extras for horse facility fees). Enjoy scenic horse rides around the valley and relax in front of the campfire by night. Dogs on leashes are welcome. There is no phone reception on site - you may get lucky with some on the big rocks above the dam. There is good reception up Reynolds Road. There are 2 main creeks through Allambie and both feed into the Gwydir River, we can direct you to some great fishing spots on the river for a day out. Canoeing, kayaking, boating are all popular activities on the river and we are 20 mins to Copeton Dam. Situated on a running gully/creek and within 800 metres walking distance to the main homestead, the campsite is in open view and safe for small vans, trucks and campers etc. We recommend 4WDs to access the campsite. Please message us if you’re unsure about your vehicle. We welcome self-contained campers who bring their own camping toilet/shower, and drinking water. You must have your own amenities. Campfires are permitted outside of fireban season. Surrounded by hills and a working farm there is much to see and do. Lots of wildlife fauna and flora to take in along with the domestic operations of cattle, goats, sheep and horses. Our 1200 acre property has sheep, cattle and mixed cropping, and is a regenerative property located approx 20 minutes west of Glen Innes. Morilla is now run by 3rd generation farmers. We have beautiful views from various vantage points and gorgeous creeks that run through the property in which campers get to enjoy. The creek is a safe and perfect place for children to play and swim and offers the ideal location for a picnic. You will get to spot some of our stock wandering the paddocks, along with a variety of wildlife that pass through. Our sky is big and you can watch it come to life at night with stars . Our surrounds are quiet, private and peaceful. Our camping sites allow for both small and large groups . Each campsite has a designated fire pit. Fallen timber may be collected for fires (no chainsaws please), or alternatively firewood may be purchased on arrival. Most sites have 2WD access, however high clearance all-wheel drive recommended for some sites. While away your days picnicking by the creek and watching the sunset, or explore the surrounding National Parks and other attractions that the Glen Innes area has to offer. Our piece of heaven is Briarfield, a beef & wool farm on the Northern Tablelands 30km east of Guyra. 1300m above sea level.The southern end of our farm is one large paddock of 500 acres for you to explore, relax & enjoy the peaceful seclusion. We only take one booking/group, it's all yours.There are gullies to explore full of natural rock outcrops, ferns & enormous gum trees. Lots of little tracks to follow under the canopy of our great stringy bark trees. An abundance of wildlife to share your space with, kangaroos, wallabies, echidna & if you are lucky koalas! We back onto the start of the Wollomombi River, where we would suggest that you camp, but there are many beautiful spots.Please bring your own camp toilet. Well behaved dogs on leads welcome. New Valley Dreaming

This cattle and sheep property in New Valley, half an hour south of Inverell, is raw and beautiful, with New Valley Creek running through it, swimming holes, and waterfalls. Newly laid trails make exploring the property easy, from valleys to hilltops. If you are looking for a natural wonderland, where you can enjoy Australian bush camping at its absolute best, this is it. The property is so spectacular, that parts of it have even been featured on TV's Farmer Wants a Wife. The terrain is rugged and hilly, but the host has created easy access to several excellent, grassy camping sites some exclusive to one group at a time, others around the large dam but still with plenty of space. They all have good road access for even 2WD, provided they have good clearance. The creek and rocks are stunning and will provide hours of fun. Fishing tours are run on the property at an extra cost, it is strictly catch and release and must discuss it beforehand with the host. We do not permit hunting as we want our guests to have and enjoy the tranquility and space. Please note, that our Farmer Wants a Wife site has a long-drop toilet and designated fire ring, however, our other sites are for completely self-contained campers only. If you are visiting during the shearing season, you are welcome to come and check it out for an insight into farm life! Pet friendly, but only small breeds, and must be kept on a lead at all times. Please discuss bringing your dog with the host before booking. Campfires are ok provided you BYO firepit, and they are kept small and manageable. There is plenty of fallen timber you are welcome to collect for firewood. Strictly no cutting down of trees. No campfires during fire bans, or when conditions are not favourable. Whilst fishing tours are possible on the property, you must discuss your interest with the host prior as there are important rules around this and is , it's strictly catch-and-release only. We do not allow hunting of any description so that our visitors can have a quiet and relaxing stay without interruptions. Just five minutes up the road is Green Valley Fun Park with a huge playground, jumping pillow, animal walkabout, museum and 18 hole mini putt. So plenty to keep kids entertained both on and off the property!

“Willow Glen” is a beautiful 30 acre property based approximately 8kms from the sweet little country town of Glen Innes, NSW. We currently run a small amount of cattle on our property and have around 200 metres of the Beardy River running right through meaning there is plenty of space for a swim, catching a Redfin and canoeing. Pitch your tent or park your caravan along the riverside and enjoy a night under the stars by the campfire. You are about a 5-10 minute walk to the main house so will have complete privacy. You will take in the most spectacular views of the Beardy River and get a taste of living in the quiet country. We welcome you to enjoy a swim, fish and to bring along your canoes and make the most of our swimming hole. We are about an 8 minute drive into the historic town of Glen Innes where there is plenty to see and do. Glen Innes is popular for their Celtic Festival each year and guests come from near and far to catch a glimpse of the snow in the cooler months. Pets are welcome. Campers must be self sufficient, with their own toilet and must take all waste and rubbish with them on departure.

Our beautiful property is located near Inverell, featuring 1,850 acres of gently sloping farmland edged by mountains with beautiful eucalyptus bush. There is a big dam and yabbies in the creek. We have a range of fruit trees which you are welcome to help yourself to fruit when in season. The mountains have some amazing big boulders which you can view and climb when going for a hike. You have an option to camp at the shed where there is a generator for power (lighting) and toilet amenities. This area is generally flat and can accommodate any type of camping vehicle. There is a shed to provide shelter for your food prep etc. There is a sink under the awning but you will need to carry water in a container to wash dishes. Outside there is wood-burning BBQ the camping paddock is fully fenced in . For 4WD enthusiasts, there are good camping spots at the top of the mountain ridge (you will need to bring your own camping toilet/shower amenities)caution boggy when wet . You will need to bring your own fresh drinking water supply and unleaded fuel to run the water pump and generator. We have secure cattle yards as a holding space if holidaying with your horses (please see Extras for horse facility fees). Enjoy scenic horse rides around the valley and relax in front of the campfire by night. Dogs on leashes are welcome. There is no phone reception on site - you may get lucky with some on the big rocks above the dam. There is good reception up Reynolds Road.
