If the beach is your favourite place then this should hit the spot. The Beach shed is located in Toogoom (meaning; a place of rest). Get your dose of natures vitamans with unlimited access to sun, sand and sea. The close proximity lets you listen to the roar of the incoming tide and the waves crashing on the beach. Toogoom is a picturesque seaside community, only a 15 minute drive from Hervey Bay. This area boasts unspoilt beaches, great fishing, wildlife, bird watching and crabbing. This 660m2 property backs onto the dog friendly Toogoom Beach. On low tide there is Km's of beach for you and your little ones to explore. Play with the soldier crabs and go searching for the prettiest shells. Dont forget to watch the sun rise over the ocean from the picnic table with your morning beverage of choice. If you prefer to skip sunrise you can always start your day by preparing some dough for a pizza night with the family. The outdoor patio is equipped with a TV to watch the footy on while you fire up the pizza oven. Giving you the freedom to create all the pizza combos you wished dominos had. Even though it is a shed it has all the basic ammenties any place has. The only difference is the ceiling looks a bit different. Fully equipped kitchen is stocked with all of the things you'd need to cook a sunday roast or even a microwave meal if you'd prefer. Complimentary coffee and tea for those that need it. The bathroom has a large shower with a gas hot water system. Its a dream for anyone who enjoys hot showers. Dual washing machine and dryer for those wet weather days that won't allow you to use the clothes line. We can accomodate up to six guests. Bedroom one contains two single beds, a 40" smart Tv and USB charging outlets along with a small cuboard for clothes storage. Bedroom two which has been closed in utilising large wardrobes with hanging and shelf storage. This contains one queen size bed and a 40" smart TV along with USB charging outlets. We have added a sofa bed in the lounge room that is equivallent to a double bed. All beds linen has been provided to allow for a comfortable stay. All TVs have access to netflix as well for those much needed movie nights. The yard is fully fenced with plenty of space for your boat or jet skis. Public boat ramp is only 2.5km's from the property giving you access to the fish the nearby reefs and fraser island. There is a hose long enough to flush out your gear and give the boat a quick hose down when you finally decide to come back to land. Fraser island sealink ferry is only a 35 minutes drive away to make a day trip to one of the largest sand islands in the world. Hervey bay Wetside Water Park is also only a 20 minute drive away and is a perfect way to keep the kids happy and entertained. Swim with the turtles at Reef world Aquirium or go for a wander down the Urangan peer. FInish up the day with some dinner at the Hervey Bay boat club with a beer or wine in hand. If you have missed any essentials or you're craving a crumb sausage the Toogoom convenience store is only 800m down the road along with the pharmacy. Local restaurants are near the boat ramp for a night free of cooking and clean up duties. Throw a rod in at the jetty while you're waiting for breakfast at Goodys.

This is a great Hipcamp, close to the beach and 4X4 track through Deepwater National Park. Beautiful well maintained grounds they are also improving, and a hot shower and toilet was a huge bonus.. lifesaver. I loved the small lake and would camp here again when up this way. I also left a light behind and they are kindly posting this back to me. Above and beyond.

A really nice camping spot with easy day tripping to Deepwater national park. Nice little kitchen area and clean toilet. Pool was a bonus and the kids loved the animals and the chance to "help" out. Sarah was super responsive and always available to help out. Highly recommended and would revisit.

We loved our stay at Goat Park. The property has so many lovely spots you can set up and Sarah and Tony are fantastic hosts. Greeting us as we drove in and showing us all the different options we could park our van at where we could get power and water. They even provided us with a firepit and wood which we enjoyed each night watching the amazing star show away from city lights. The facilities are great, the pool is awesome to chill in and the rope swings provide great fun for kids plus there is also a communal firepit in the secret garden. The best part of our stay was bottle feeding the beautiful calves. Ebony, Ivory, Champs and Effie are so cute and so sweet. There are also lots of chickens, ducks, geese and Guinea fowl roaming around the property. We wanted a chilled Easter away from the crowds where we could bush walk, ride our bikes and relax and it was perfect. Thanks Sarah and Tony we will be back.

Everything provided no need to pack extras as all linen, body wash, shampoo and even dog shampoo, all detergents washing powder bin liners are all provided including a dishwasher and a gas bbq with gas bottles. I enjoyed my caravan stay for 5 nights. The owners were most helpful on my arrival and provided me with power and water and a nice private site looking at their dam. Even invited me to use their in ground pool and allowed me to deposit rubbish in their bin. There are a number of other sites available in the area but I would return to this site as it doesn't get the road noise and dust and it's very private yet all the sites worth visiting are close.Keith R

All vehicles can access the farm, even our double decker bus had no problem. We look forward to staying again in the future.

Great for family stays. It was just the 2 of us however we would love to come back again with the grandkids. Property is lovely with a beautiful creek to have a paddle in and the animals are a bit of fun. Watch out for noisy roosters in the morning but it is to be expected on a farm.

This site was right beside the retro trailer that’s available to rent and the light post was on the whole night which affected our sleep. I would recommend requesting site 93 or 92 or that you’re not on site 94 so it’s darker all night.

Located only a 5-minute drive from Cordalba State Forest, you’ll have easy access to scenic walks, mountain bike trails, and horse riding adventures. There are also bush tracks leading out from the property Bundaberg is an easy 30 minute drive and Childers 15 minutes. Experience the charm of our countryside with supervised visits with our horses and Highland cows. Join us around 4:30 pm for the afternoon feed and grooming session. Relax and enjoy a meal at the BBQ area, which overlooks the horse arena. If you bring your horse, for an additional fee, you can explore our arena featuring dressage letters, obstacles, drums, and jumps, or test your skills in a dedicated area with permanent obstacles. For your convenience, our well-equipped camp kitchen includes a fridge, toaster, kettle, electric frypan, and microwave, along with all the necessary cutlery and crockery. Please remember to clean up after using the kitchen to keep it welcoming for everyone. In the kitchen area you will also find a pool table and dart board and arcade game for your use. If you choose to bring your horse you will find stabling or yards under Extras as begin your booking. The cost can be seen as you view the sites. The stables are rubber floored, meaning you use minimal sawdust therefore minimal dust. They are equipped with automatic waterers and feed bins. The yards are separated so that the horses can't reach each other from one yard to the other. Please ensure these areas are cleaned before you leave. There are rakes and wheelbarrows provided near the arena and at the end of the stables for your convenience. Our sites are best suited to self contained camping but there is shower and toilet availability on the property.
