The stairs into the water with the pontoon are perfect for diving in and cooling off, the kids love it!!Leave your boat in tied to the pontoon ready for the next days fishing trip. There's a BBQ with hop plate, table & chairs and deck chairs to sit back and relax.Access to the campsites are 2Wd and suitable for all size caravans and camp trailers. The boat ramp access is for all types of boats but 4x4 only as the ramp is gravel. As the weather warms watch the families pass by water skiing and boating.There is a toilet, fully Self-contained other than a toilet. Dogs are allowed but must be kept with you at all times.

We are pet friendly too as long as your animals remain on a leash and are under full supervision at all times. Camp at our farm retreat with us and our Scottish Highland Coos. We are 5 minutes out of Childers, Queensland. You will have plenty of room to yourself, there is potable water available and porta loos. We have a quirky shower facility now too made out of a horse float, this is only for guests who don't have their own shower. Now my new pets will have to be transported home on the back seat of my car 🤣 The Scottish folk pronounce it Heilen Coos... so that's how we say it. They wonder around our farm wherever they like to go including swimming in the dam....a lot in summer time. Everyone will enjoy seeing these cuties. Feed times have been cut back to once a day, please ask when it will be as just like us the Coo's need time out. We've just had a lovely, very patient camper, (27/4/24) Jo hand feed almost 3-month-old Lucy Moo for the very first time 😁 You'll meet Kelvin the Scottish Highland Bull, Oakley who is new mum to Lucy Moo born 5th of February and Willow, mum to Ferdinand (Ferdi) born earlier this year on the 3rd of January, so two beautiful calves to watch doing zoomies around the yard, swimming in the dam or chilling under a tree 😁 Parents please supervise your children at all times, especially near the Highlands. Baz and Nige are our Nigerian dwarf goats that are being bottle fed at the moment. Please leave your pets at your campsite, Oakley is proving to get a bit overwhelmed with small dogs etc. We have 2 dogs Jesse a blue heeler and Cane our Maremma, who are both very friendly. The Maremma dog is an Italian breed of livestock gaurdian dog he does bark a little at night if there is a fox or something around that might hurt our animals. Cane has been very successful at keeping all our pets safe. Guest's have told us they have slept through the night no troubles, in saying that sometimes he doesn't need to bark at all. If anyone thinks the barking might be an issue this probably isn't the place for you. We now have Percy the peacock 🦚 who randomly Honks! Our Neighbours have fish farms, so you will hear the odd shot gun go off at times, just to scare the shags away from feeding in the ponds. We are very easy to get along with but excessive noise or bad behaviour will not be tolerated. Feel free to put on music and have a few drinks by the camp fire, but we want our farm to be a place where our animals and our guests feel safe and relaxed. Thanks for your understanding. Relax with a cuppa, unwind with a book or go for a short bush walk and listen to the kookaburras. All your cares will feel like they are a million miles away as you soak up nature here at our farm. Conveniently there is a dump point in at Childers at the rest area, 16 Cresent St. 6km from here. There are wonderful cafes and bakeries in Childers, an IGA and Woolworths. We are near Bingera National park, Cordalba state forest with an hour to some top snorkelling spots, also Drive passed acres of sugarcane and macadamia fields we are 45 minutes from Hervey Bay and 40 minutes the other way to Bundaburg. A stone's throw from the campsites is access to the mobility corridor/bike path, which takes you straight into Hervey Bay and continues all the way past the shops to Urangan pier, offering 15km of ocean frontage to explore. Our farm is located about 2.5km from both hospitals (private and government) for any care that you may need. All specialists and consulting facilities are very convenient. Next door to the campsites is our fantastic local cafe, The Depot Espresso Bar, open at 6 in the morning. They're happy to take orders for our campers from 5:30 if you knock! It's perfect for hopping on your bike from camp, grabbing your morning caffeine fix, and continuing on the day's biking adventure. Campfires are permitted, but please BYO firepit, and there is plenty of fallen timber you are welcome to collect and split yourself. Pets are welcome too! Our names are Chris and Christine. We recently moved to Gundiah Qld and acquired a beautiful piece of land (approx. 320 acres) with about 70 acres of picturesque camping located on the Mary River. Our property is located halfway between Gympie and Maryborough (approx. 20 minutes from the Bruce Highway) tucked away down a private road which is lovely and peaceful. We have plenty of walking trails and a bike track to keep the kids amused! There is easy access to the Mary River if you would like a spot of fishing or swimming. We have a large fire pit and 2 flushing toilets and showers located on the other side of the campground. We are just setting up but hope to soon have coffee available in the bar area located on the other side of the campground. We also have fire pits available with plenty of free firewood located on the property. Your fury friends are more than welcome but for the safety of them and others must be on a lead at all times. We are located about 50 minutes from Gympie, an hour 15 minutes from Rainbow Beach and or Hervey Bay, 45 minutes from Maryborough and the town of Tiaro is only 15 minutes down the road which has a Foodworks, Pub, United Fuel and Cafe. Don't forget the local Gundy Pub is only 5 minutes down the road.

Enjoy a convenient and relaxing base to discover the best of Hervey Bay at our 150-acre cattle grazing farm located just 3km outside of town, with plenty of space for campers. To access the farm, turn right off the Maryborough Highway into Chapel Rd, then turn right at the picnic table beside the bikeway, and do not drive over the cattle grid. The entrance is right beside the grid with reflectors on each post. If you're having trouble finding the entrance, please call Ray at 0459247041 or Judy at 0459247042. We offer numerous camping sites on cleared land lined by trees, near to our gully and seasonal creek. Each site is private and offers plenty of space. Campers must be self-contained with their own camp toilet, but there is a 24/7 dump station just 2km away. A stone's throw from the campsites is access to the mobility corridor/bike path, which takes you straight into Hervey Bay and continues all the way past the shops to Urangan pier, offering 15km of ocean frontage to explore. Our farm is located about 2.5km from both hospitals (private and government) for any care that you may need. All specialists and consulting facilities are very convenient. Next door to the campsites is our fantastic local cafe, The Depot Espresso Bar, open at 6 in the morning. They're happy to take orders for our campers from 5:30 if you knock! It's perfect for hopping on your bike from camp, grabbing your morning caffeine fix, and continuing on the day's biking adventure. Campfires are permitted, but please BYO firepit, and there is plenty of fallen timber you are welcome to collect and split yourself. Pets are welcome too! Kids under 5 stay free and don't need to be included in the booking group count. Check-in is welcome after 9 am and you can depart anytime.

You will have plenty of room to yourself, there is potable water available and porta loos. We have a quirky shower facility now too made out of a horse float, this is only for guests who don't have their own shower. Now my new pets will have to be transported home on the back seat of my car 🤣 The Scottish folk pronounce it Heilen Coos... so that's how we say it. They wonder around our farm wherever they like to go including swimming in the dam....a lot in summer time. Everyone will enjoy seeing these cuties. Feed times have been cut back to once a day, please ask when it will be as just like us the Coo's need time out. We've just had a lovely, very patient camper, (27/4/24) Jo hand feed almost 3-month-old Lucy Moo for the very first time 😁 You'll meet Kelvin the Scottish Highland Bull, Oakley who is new mum to Lucy Moo born 5th of February and Willow, mum to Ferdinand (Ferdi) born earlier this year on the 3rd of January, so two beautiful calves to watch doing zoomies around the yard, swimming in the dam or chilling under a tree 😁 Parents please supervise your children at all times, especially near the Highlands. Baz and Nige are our Nigerian dwarf goats that are being bottle fed at the moment. Please leave your pets at your campsite, Oakley is proving to get a bit overwhelmed with small dogs etc. We have 2 dogs Jesse a blue heeler and Cane our Maremma, who are both very friendly. The Maremma dog is an Italian breed of livestock gaurdian dog he does bark a little at night if there is a fox or something around that might hurt our animals. Cane has been very successful at keeping all our pets safe. Guest's have told us they have slept through the night no troubles, in saying that sometimes he doesn't need to bark at all. If anyone thinks the barking might be an issue this probably isn't the place for you. We now have Percy the peacock 🦚 who randomly Honks! Our Neighbours have fish farms, so you will hear the odd shot gun go off at times, just to scare the shags away from feeding in the ponds. We are very easy to get along with but excessive noise or bad behaviour will not be tolerated. Feel free to put on music and have a few drinks by the camp fire, but we want our farm to be a place where our animals and our guests feel safe and relaxed. Thanks for your understanding. Relax with a cuppa, unwind with a book or go for a short bush walk and listen to the kookaburras. All your cares will feel like they are a million miles away as you soak up nature here at our farm. Conveniently there is a dump point in at Childers at the rest area, 16 Cresent St. 6km from here. There are wonderful cafes and bakeries in Childers, an IGA and Woolworths. We are near Bingera National park, Cordalba state forest with an hour to some top snorkelling spots, also Drive passed acres of sugarcane and macadamia fields we are 45 minutes from Hervey Bay and 40 minutes the other way to Bundaburg.
